in the development of the rules, the software park spatial organization as chongzhongzhi is heavy, with software industry smooth development of physical space platform, to promote kunshan software park comprehensive, coordinated, sustainable and scientific development. study on the reading and understanding of domestic and international relevant theories on the basis of the study, based on the yu kunshan software park is actual, on the kunshan software park, the spatial organization of the type, function structure, social culture and living environment of demand of basic research, from the development condition, development orientation and organizational strategy three aspects discussed kunshan software park method of organization. the main research results include: first, the system summed up the domestic and foreign software park space organization characteristics, on the basis of a comprehensive analysis of the kunshan software park area background, realistic condition and the spatial characteristics of the organization, to determine the park space organization of direction should be of medium size city garden park, its software function and ecological function of leisure industry should pay equal attention to development. in second, a comprehensive summary of software park and general industrial park and the difference of spatial organization characteristic, on this foundation, studied software park spatial organization must have small and complete, melting and change, slow, and refined features. in third, took the lead in putting forward kunshan software park, the spatial organization of the programme, in the software industry structure and network structure of collaborative spatial organization, determined the network dominant spatial structure organization, based on industrial structure and layout, with tissue it talent and living space organization; in software industry culture and water culture landscape tissue, analysis of water culture and the software industry culture characteristics and industrial space and open space landscape organization scheme;
