摘要 作为不同国家之间语言和文化频繁接触的必然结果，语码转换已成为当今世界上最 为常见的语言现象之一。在过去的几十年中，语言学家对语码转换进行了多角度大量的 研究，极大地深化了人们对这一现象的认识。近年来，广告语中的语码转换，特别是在 非英广告中应用英语的现象，不断引起了学者们的关注( c h e s h i r e & m o s e r1 9 9 4 ；p i l l e r 2 0 0 1 ，2 0 0 3 ；m a r t i n2 0 0 2 ；f r i e d r i c h2 0 0 2 ) 。但专门针对中国广告中的英汉语码转换现象的 研究却不多见。这是本研究的动因之一。 本文在回顾总结国内外学者对语码转换研究现状的基础上，结合具体的语料分析， 首先借鉴m y e r s s c o r o n ( 1 9 9 3 ) 在其“主体语言框架模式”( m l fm o d e l ) 中提出的“主 体语( m l ) 和“嵌入语 ( e l ) 两个概念，对媒体广告中出现的汉英语码转换进行了尝试 性地分类和研究：然后运用v e r s c h u e r e n ( 1 9 9 9 ) 的语用综观说的核心理论“语言顺应论 ， 从语用学的角度对这种语码转换现象产生的原因及动机作了深层次的阐释和剖析；最后 指出了广告中汉英语码转换存在的问题及可能产生的负面效应，并初步探讨了相应的解 决办法。 论文研究发现： ( 1 ) 从语言转换的模式看，中国媒体广告语篇中的汉英语码转换可以分为三大类型， 分别为插入式语码转换，轮换式语码转换和双语式语码转换。其中，插入式语码转换又 可以分为字母插入型，单词和词组插入型，分句插入型及语篇插入型。 ( 2 ) 从语言选择和顺应的角度讲，广告商采用汉英语码转换，主要是为了实现对特 定语境因素的顺应，并最终实现其商业目标。具体到中国媒体广告中，这些特定的语境 因素主要包括：语言现实，社会因素和心理动机。 ( 3 ) 在搜集和分析语料的过程中，作者发现，滥用英语误导消费者，以及过分追求 洋味等现象在中国广告中屡见不鲜。针对这些问题，我们应该积极地采取适当措施，比 如引导树立理智的消费观念，提倡使用英语的规范化，尽快建立有效的监管体系等，以 此推动中国广告的健康发展。 通过本研究我们可以看出，广告中的英汉语码转换是一种正常的语言和社会现象， 这种现象若能得以有效的适度利用，会产生可观的社会效应和经济效益，不应对此持有 任何的偏见。因此，对于广告语码转换，我们应持积极慎重的态度，所谓积极，就是有 i v 效利用，为我所用；所谓慎重，就是要充分考虑在汉语广告中出现的英语可能在源文化 中产生的视觉、听觉以及心理的反应与效果。因为滥用语码转换，不仅不能实现广告语 的语用和交际功能，还会对语言的纯洁性产生消极的影响，不利于语言的健康发展。对 语码转换这一现象，我们仍需充分关注，持续深入研究，以期促进广告中英汉两种语言 的和谐相处，进而推动语言和社会的和谐发展。
