摘要 众所周知，每当一种新的语言学理论出现以后，伴随着人们对理论理解的深 入，它最终将被应用于语言教学的实践当中，对语言教学产生及其深远的影响。 正如“结构主义使替换练习流行一时，而乔姆斯基对语言运用的重视促进了功能 教学法的发展。”( 赵艳芳，2 0 0 1 ，第1 9 2 页) 由此我们不难推论：在我国，认知 语言学作为一门新兴的语言学理论其发展也将对对我国的语言教学产生深远的 影响，尤其是在英语教学方面。 因此，本文尝试着以认知语言学为切入点来讨论我国目前的英语教学情况。 即从有关认知的角度分析认知语言学理论与英语教学的紧密联系。本文将着重讨 论认知在英语语法以及英语词汇教学中的表现，并将对有关的认知语言学理论对 这两者教学的启示作详尽的分析，力图为我国当前的英语语法和词汇的教学提供 一个崭新的视角。 本文首先对认知、认知科学、以及认知语言学三个概念进行了界定，然后概 括分析了认知语言学和英语教学的紧密联系。继而将重点放在了运用具体的认知 语言学理论，如图示理论、图形一背景理论、原型范畴理论以及基本范畴理论、 原型理论、隐喻理论等对英语语法教学和英语词汇教学的启示依次作了具体的分 析。最后，在通过对上述启示成功分析的基础上，做出了英语教学必须和认知语 言学相结合、必须坚持英语教学的认知观的观点。 总之，通过认知语言学理论对英语语法以及英语词汇教学启示的阐述可以看
