杭州师范大学硕士学位论文 大学生创造性人格内隐观研究 i 摘摘 要要 创造性人格内隐观（implicit theory of creative personality）是指普通人在日常生活和文 化背景下形成的、 以某种形式存在于其头脑中的关于创造性人格的概念、 结构和发展历程的 认知。 研究普通人对高创造性者人格特征的看法， 可以验证专家研究结论的现实性并拓展研 究领域，丰富该方面的研究内容。本研究主要采用问卷调查法和实验法，对大学生这一特殊 群体的创造性人格内隐观进行研究，以期为高校创造教育的发展提供理论支持和现实依据。 本研究首先采用调查分析的方法， 在预调查的基础上编制五点等级评价问卷， 探索大学 生创造性人格内隐观的结构和发展特点。 然后以调查得到的高频创造性人格特征词作为实验 材料， 采用字词启动实验探讨和验证大学生关于创造性人格内隐观的人才领域特征。 在此研 究基础之上， 最后采用故事启动实验进一步探索大学生创造性人格内隐观的归因偏见， 即其 创造性人格内隐观是倾向于实体论还是渐变论。 研究结果如下： 1. 在访谈和开放式问卷的基础上编制了具有较好信度和效度的大学生创造性人格内隐 观调查问卷。 2. 因素分析结果表明，大学生创造性人格内隐观结构由 4 个因素组成，根据 4 个因素 内部所含项目的主要含义，分别命名为： （1）有恒性， （2）探究性， （3）乐群性， （4）聪慧 性。 3. 大学生认为高创造性者表现最重要的 10 项人格特征依次是： 创新、 自信、 思维开阔、 不怕失败、有主见、热情、睿智、勤奋、意志坚定、想象力丰富。从整体上看，大学生对高 创造性者人格特征的看法较为强调符合传统价值观的特点。 具体来看， 缺乏幽默感和艺术感。 4. 随着年级的增长，大学生创造性人格内隐观总体上呈下降趋势，存在显著的年级差 异，但不存在显著的性别差异。在探究性、乐群性及聪慧性三个因素上不存在专业显著性差 异，但在有恒性因素上工科大学生最高；在有恒性、乐群性及聪慧性因素上不存在家庭所在 地的显著性差异，但在探究性因素上城市大学生最高。 5. 大学生对不同人才领域的创造性人格内隐认知存在显著差异，大学生比较看重政治 军事领域以及科学技术领域的人才，而不太看重文学艺术领域的人才。也就是说，大学生创 造性人格内隐观的人才领域特征表现为重实用而轻文艺的特点。 6. 大学生对相同人才领域的创造性人格与非创造性人格内隐认知的差异显著，对创造 性人格的内隐认知显著好于非创造性人格的内隐认知， 说明大学生认为每个领域的人才都具 有创造性人格。 7. 大学生创造性人格内隐观倾向于实体论，即他们认为创造性人格更多与人固有特征 structure and development process which are formed in their daily lives and cultural background. studying on ordinary peoples views of high creative personality can verify the reality of study conclusions of experts, expand the field of research and enrich the content of the research. so we study the university students implicit theory of creative personality using questionnaires and experiments, in order to provide a theoretical basis and a practical support to the development of creative education in universities. first, according to the pre-survey, we make up a five-point rating questionnaire to investigate the structure and characteristics of the university students implicit theory of creative personality. then, we use high-frequency words of creative personality characteristics as the experimental materials to explore and verify the university students views about implicit theory of creative personality of talent in different fields. finally, we explore attribution bias of the university students implicit theory of creative personality seemed necessary. that is, their implicit theory is inclined to entity or incremental theory. the major findings are as following: 1. basing on interviews and open questionnaire, we have made up a questionnaire of university students implicit theory of creative personality with good reliability and validity. 2. the factor analysis shows the structure of university students implicit theory of creative personality involves four factors. according to the main meaning of items of the four factors, they are named persevering, inquiry, gregariousness and wisdom. 3. in the eyes of university students, the 10 most important personality traits of high creators are innovation, self-confidence, open thinking, not afraid of failure, strong-minded, enthusiasm, wisdom, diligence, determination and a rich imagination. overall, they are in line with the views of more emphasis on the characteristics of traditional values. but a sense of humor and art is lack. 4. overall, with the growth of grade, university students implicit theory of creative personality presents downward trend. there are significant differences in grade, not significant differences in gender, major and district. but specifically, the engineering students score the highest in persevering factor, and the city students score the highest in inquiry factor. 5. comparing talents of different areas, the university students value political and military talents, as well as science and technology talents, but less value literary and artistic talents. 6. comparing creative and non-creative personality in the same area, university students implicit theory of creative personality is better than implicit theory of no-creative
