Background of Practice Tonglu HanWei fitness equipment co., LTD is a professional manufacturer of fitness equipment, the factory is located in Tonglu county, Hangzhou city, ZheJiang province economic, 80 kilometers away from hangzhou.The main products are: treadmill, stationary bike, treadmills, rowing machine, sit-up bench, pull-ups and so on seven big series nearly hundred kinds of models of fitness equipment, products are mainly exported to the United States, Japan, Europe and other dozens of countries and regions. Tonglu fitness equipment co., LTD is developed on the basis of Tonglu ShengWei fitness equipment co., LTD., covers an area of 15000 square meters.The company has passed ISO9000 quality management system demonstration with an annual output value of eighty million to one hundred million3. Experience3.1 Early training We do not know what to do when we go to the company early. Mr Chen whos in charge over there divide us the first master one by one, so that we can ask them about the information of HanWei.However, we do not have a fixed master through a time of work. If there are some problems, you can find any one of them easily. From the beginning, we did not know the business of this company . So Im a little afraid that I cant do well in the back of the day as a internship. Mr Chen started to make Chen Jianxiu masters come up with the cash and bank accounting documents which are from 1 to 5 in 2014 for us. I thought the purpose of Mr Chen is just let us have something to do to pass the time. But I found out I was wrong later, how to understand the certificate is a deep knowledge that we must grasp. As an accountant, we will not only understand the certificate credentials, but also we need to gain useful information from the document. Just like a tax officer, not only will audit the account but also do the account. We spent all the time ro watching the certificate in the first day. It is easy for us to find that Tonglu Hanwei fitness equipment limited liability companys primary products from the certificate are sports equipment. In detail, the main products are: treadmill, exercise bike, stepper, rowing machine, supine boards. Whats more, all these products of the lead-up seven series possess nearly 100 models of fitness equipment. On the other hand, the products are mainly exported to the United States, Japan, Europe and many other countries and regions. These information which is probably about the company is extracted out in the document.The next day, we still looked some financial file.And what we looked is the companys financial statements this time, which is closer to our expertise. Through the report, we can get more information, such as: Han Weis total assets are more than 7000 million, while net assets that the owners equity is more than 4000 million and the balance was only 30%. It can be easily finded that from the income statement the companys profitability is not strong from the income statement. The return on assets is only a few percent. expenses and administrative expenses amount is too large in the table. And it indicating that the company is not well controlled reimbursement process. In addtion,in the cash flow statement, the cash flow is not large. There are more than 1000 million of asset in the bank,which is no use value. These adverse conditions are reflected in the report. They are just some minor problems which I found. Because I might have poor information about this company, I cant understand the statement very well. Even these views are just one-sided. But what I want to say is that the financial statements of an enterprise is the enterprise barometer, external staff can make the companys financial, operating results and other conditions well known through reports on the companys assets.3.2 Interim Practice The following days, we have nothing to do. We just need to observe what they do behind the master and to know how to do it. After several days, our master thought that it is the time for us to take the test.Then, they began to let us help to do some simple things, such as: making the certificate and sticking certificate. Our master thought it was not very comfortable for us. So when we make the certificate, the masters always guide us. To be honest, I also worry about making mistakes. Sometimes ask the master many basic questions, anyway, it is a good habit to ask what you didnt understand. Later, the master assured we can do it very well by ourselves. And let us do things independently. we are no longer standing on the side to guide us. By this way, we found the problem and try to solve the problem, and we will also try to apply what we learn.In the process of practice, the best thing I was pround of is that I can making the certificate by myself. After all, subjects is readily available, but hand-made account only when I do the homework in school about vouchers. Although I was little skeptical, but I am still agreed. And, anyway, there are so many instructors who I can ask. The start of mine process of doing the certificate is very well. because it is simple, but later appeared wrong, Account Balance Sheet is of incorrectly. Credentials are classified into vouchers and bank certificates, So at the time of registration subject balance table， all proof of charge to an account of the subject are registered on one table. bank certificate courses are registered on one table. At first I had all the course registered on the table. Then with the help of Mrs Chen， I change them back again. The next project is the subsidiary ledger, as is known to all, on the manual books cant have a big alter, so when Im in the registration,I need to be very carefully. But its still hard to avoid the wrong.It is very simple, is to register the course balance sheet on the course of several on the books, combining subject balance of the previous period, calculate the current balance.Then the last project are the registration of general ledger and the subsidiary ledger. Whenever after I complete the work task, I all can help other staff to handlesome trivial matters on own initiative. For example: Printing, typing, scheduling. Thus, I have the opportunity to ask for advice other staffs, learns more knowledge,obtains more experiences.Time has rushed for a period of more than one month internship which has been satisfactorily concluded.
