bronchial pneumonia; children bronchial pneumonia is a common pediatric respiratory system, frequently-occurring disease, patients showed different degrees of fever, cough, asthma and other symptoms. our department from february 2008 to december 2009 application of ambroxol (ambroxol) fog inhalation of 69 cases of bronchial pneumonia in children, and achieved satisfactory results, are summarized below. materials and methods 1. general information all from the hospital 136 cases of pediatric patients hospitalized patients, diagnosis diagnostic criteria 1, randomly divided into two groups. the treatment group 69 cases, male 40 cases, female 29, age 8 months to 13 years (mean 4.73 + -1.15) years; the control group 67 cases, 37 males and 30 females, aged 8 months to 12 years (mean 4.86 + -1.33 years). two children in the age, gender, disease duration was no significant difference (p 0.05), no respiratory failure, heart failure complications. 2. treatment groups were routinely given antibiotics, cough, asthma, fever, correct water and electrolyte balance, combined therapy, the treatment group in the above treatment based on the use of oxygen inhalation-driven pump ambroxol hydrochloride injection 7.5 mg, 2 times a day, every 15 20 min, used in conjunction 7 d; the control group were treated with inhalation of oxygen-driven pump chymotrypsin 1000 2000 u, 2 times a day, every 15 20 min, for 7 d. 3. efficacy of standard clinical cure: 7 d after treatment, normal body temperature, cough and asthma disappeared, lungs rales disappeared, review the chest x-ray photograph showed the infection foci, or was absorbed completely. improvement: the treatment 7 d after the normal body temperature, cough reduce asthma, significantly reduced both lungs rales, review the chest x-ray photograph showed significant absorption of infected lesions improved. invalid: 7 d after treatment, admission symptoms, signs were not improved, reviewed the chest x-ray photograph showed no absorption in infected lesions or even worse. 4. pems 3.0 statistical package was used for statistical analysis, the total effective application of the two groups chi-square test, p 0.05 as significant difference. links to research papers download http:/ results treatment group, 46 cases of clinical cure, improvement in 17 cases, 6 cases, total effective rate was 91.30%;
