My university is Xian international studys university, it have the environment to contact with the foreigners, and I have get the CET6 and TEM 8 certificate, I think my English is good, I can contact with the foreigners smoothly. Also, I have about 8 years experience in foreign trade, I am familiar with the foreign trade process. So, I think I am suitable for this position. 2. Why are you interested in our organization? /Why do you want to work for this organization? First, I think my education experience and work experience is suitable for this position. Second, I think I can learn more from your company. Third, I like the environment of your company. 3. What goals have you set for yourself? My target is to been a super sales, I can promote the companys product all over the world to achieve a good result. In order to achieve this goal, I will study hard from other person and other channels. I believe with my serious and responsible attitude, I will achieve this goal. 4. What work experience has been the most valuable to you and why? I think I have learn more in Shaanxi Huifeng pharmacetuical Ltd. I have been work for this company for about 8 years. When I first come to this company I just a business manager. I learned more skills about how to develop new customer and contact with the customer. Also, I become familiar with our product, the production process and this industry. In this company, I also entertain many foreign customers, I take them to our factory and join in the factory audit. I think I learn more from this company. 5. How do you rate yourself as a professional? With my strong academic background and work experience,I am capable and competent.I think you run it needs am an like me. Yes.Because I do believe that my qualifications and experience perfectly match what you are looking for.I have the experience you are looking for,and think I will be one of the best in this field. 6. Why do you think you are qualified for this position? A:I have spent the last 6 years working specially in this field.I think I can bring a lot of experience and knowledge with me.With my qualifications and experience,I feel I am hardworking,responsible and diligent in any project I undertake.Your organization could benefit from my analytical and interpersonal skills. 7. how do you reduce your stress at work?I usually do some weekend fitness, and outdoor activities.8. I cant concentrate on something new until the first thing is finished.13. What is the most important thing for you to be happy?A:Different people have different ideas. I think the most important thing for me is having a good relationship with my family members and my friends. My family has always been very close knit, and my friend sand I spend a lot of time together. Without that I would be much less happy than I am.14. At present, I have learned to change my working mode through the time management ability. I will compete the framework before the improvement of details.2. Sometimes, I dont know how to refuse my colleagues requirement of helping them to do something. It will affect my own works process. I have been working in this company for more than six years from a new employee to a business manager. In my previous company, I have developed many new customers through various network platforms and exhibitions. I also invited many customers to come to our factory to visit all audit. Some of the customers is big international customer. When our companys business is normal, by basic sales amount is a bout 5 million RMB a year and about 1 hundred thousand US dollars a year.33. My main job is developping new customer, maintaining old customer and let the customer place orders to us and do the relevant logistics works. Such as documents, shipping.42. May I ask why you want to change jobs?/What didnt you like about previous jobs youve held?I want to change my jobs because I wish to get more challenge opportunities in your company. I leave my previous company because there is a big capital problems, we have a heavy burden on the bank interest. It seriously affected our normally operation of business. I have been work for this company for more than 6 years. I have deep feelings with this company, but now, the company is on the verge of bankrupt. I am regretful for this situation, but I still have to face the reality, and find a new stage to play my ability again. 44. What do you think it takes to be successful in this career?As a sales, first, I think the most important is to pay more extra effort for turning the potential clients into the first time customers. The sales will do many things to win the support of the potential customer. To be honest, it will takes a lot of effort and patience to become a successful sales. Second, I think successful is not a an end point, but a process of continuous learning, during this process, you can make your self improved. Since the learning process is continuous, this is an unattainable goal. As a saleman, you can succeed if you learn everything and understand your product, competitors situation and personal sales. You may be successful. 45. How do you solve conflicts? I think the first thing is to stay calm. Dont been too angry at the first time. No matter how angry the others been, I should to keep calm and think how the conflict occurs. Then, I will talk with others party honestly and sincerely and listen to his opinion . Consider issues from other sidess stand point. If there isnt any fundamental mistakes, I think communication and understanding is the best solution to both parties. At last, we will find the ways to solve the problems. 46. What frustrates you the most? I have ever been contacted with a customer, and I have heard that they are famous for being critical. Therefore, I made full preparation in advance and input a lot of time and energy. In the end,the customer didnt accept all of our opinion, but he also has the willing to place the order to us, I thought I could have a good cooperation, but at finally, I learnd that the customer chose another company because of the budget, so, my previous efforts were ruined. Nevertheless, I sitill learned a lot from this experience, such as the understanding of the industry and the understanding of the whole team. 47. Describe a situation where you had a conflict with another individual, and how you dealt with it. For example, I had ever have business conflicts with colleagues before, both parties had their own reasons, thus resulting in contradictions. We were almost strangers for two weeks.In the end, after profound thinking, I think its normal for a salesman to have business conflicts with others, the confilct should not affect the cooperation and friendship between colleagues. Therefore,I speak with my colleague actively and she also responds positively. In fact, it just was a minor contradiction, but it influence our emotions to work and even life, which caused damage to the relationship between colleagues, and this incident also let me personally understand that contradictions need to be solved on our own initiative.Therefore, I fully learned the lessons before when I encountered contradictions in the future.48. What characteristics do you think are important for this position? 1. We should have a good ideological and moral quality. Sometimes, the sales will deal with the money directly. If he dont have a right mental attitude, it will brought the unnecessary loss to the company. 2. Familiar with your products. If you faced with the customer, you should shows that you are the expert of your products. 3. Understand your competitors products, price, advantages and weakness. Know each other and then you will win. 4. Serve the customer friendly, understand the customers requirement, we should also listening to the customer and consider issues in the customers perspective. Offer the best products and service and keep contact with the customer. 5. We should understand the importance of the old customer. We should know that consider from the cost and effectiveness, the old customer is more useful than the new customer. At the same time,the social relations of the older customer will bring good influence to us. 6. Take the power form the team.
