Its my pleasure to show you around. 当然可以。很高兴能带您去看一下。二、展位租赁洽谈(一) 初出茅庐1、 May I share the space with the adjacent exhibitor? 可以与邻近的参展商共用参展空间吗?2、 Subletting the booth space is prohibited. 不得不讲展亭的空间转租。3、 Can you explain to me the options of stands and space first? 请您先介绍一下各种展台或展示空间。4、 How large is the standard raw space? 标准光地空间的面积是多少?5、 Does the price of the show include meals? 参展费用中是否包含餐费?6、 Costs vary with different locations and levels of package-services. 根据展台位置和服务标准的不同,价格也会不同7、 How much is the charge of the least expensive booth you have? 你们最便宜的展台租金是多少?8、 Ill set up in the center if the price is reasonable. 如果价钱合理我会选择中心位置的展台。9、 The deadline of the balance is Sep. 30th. 余款须在9月30日前付清。10、What the minimum area for this years Hardware Show? 今年五金展的起租面积是多少?(二) 敢于冒险1、 Is there any difference for the space rental charge of different floors? 各楼层的展位租赁费用是否有所差异?2、 The prices of the booths at premier locations are non-negotiation. 优越地理位置的展台不可议价。3、 A down payment of 35% should be paid upon signing of the contrast. 签署合同后,应付35%的预付款。4、 The price of the outdoor raw space still sounds on the high side. 室外光地空间的价格好像还是偏高。5、 With an order in bulk you may enjoy a lower unit price of space. 如果您大量预定展览空间,您将可以享受更低的单价。三、展台搭建洽谈(一) 初出茅庐1、 Please send your stand decoration plan to the Fire Authorities for approval. 请向消防部门提交展台装修方案,以待批准。2、 Drilling holes in or nailing or stapling items to the stand walls is strictly prohibited. 严禁在展亭墙壁上钻孔或上钉。3、 Corner booth will be open on two sides unless otherwise requested by the exhibitor. 除非参展商做出特别要求,否则角落展台为两面开。4、 Exhibitors are responsible for the actions of their appointed non-official contractor. 参展商对其指定的非官方承包商的行为负责。5、 Exhibitors are at liberty to appoint a contractor other than the official stand contractor. 参展商可以自由选择官方承包商以外的承包人来进行展台的搭建和装饰。6、 The attached are specifications with plan rendering for the Deluxe Package Stand. (邮件)附件是“展台豪华服务套装”的说明,带有平面效果图。7、 Aisles and other common spaces must not be used for working or placing materials. 走廊和其他公共区域不允许摆放材料或进行施工。8、 All exhibitors are required to display the name of their company in Chinese and English. 所有参展商都需要用中文和英文来展示企业名称。9、 Please be aware that the maximum permissible height for decoration materials is 6.0m. 请注意,展台装修材料的限高是6米。10、The booths are not allowed with a ceiling or roof unless the smoke /fire detectors are incorporated into the structure. 展厅不允许设置顶棚,除非顶棚结构内安装烟雾火警探测装置。(二) 敢于冒险1、 We havent got the Shell Scheme Stand Specifications. So we have no idea about options of the stand installation and decoration. 我们尚未收到“展台配套服务说明”,因此在展台搭建和装饰方面不清楚的都有哪些选择。2、 Please ensure that your contractor is fully aware of the points mentioned in the manual when being asked to tender for your work. 请确保您的承包商在投标承揽展台搭建时,对展会手册中提到的全部事项有全面的了解。3、 Comparing with Shell Scheme Type A, Type B offers another on-site stock room as a safe-deposit for the exhibitor. 与展台A类配套服务相比,B类服务还另外提供现场储存室,可以作为参展商的贵重物品存放处。4、 Exhibitors in the China Zone can choose from the following 3 shell scheme types with special pavilion roof decoration. 在“中国展区”内的参展商可以在以下三种服务套餐中进行选择,并且我们附加展亭顶部的特殊装饰服务。5、 Your booth is 5 times as large as the standard ones. Two or more entrances should be provided accordingly. 您的展台大小相当于标准展台的5倍,应当相应地开放两个货两个以上的出入口。(三) 身临其境A. Today wed like to confirm some details of the art design for the signage. 今天我们需要确认楣板的美工设计细节。B. Sure. We have prepared a designing rendering according to your requirements of the last negotiation. 好的,根据上次谈判中你方提出的要求,我们已经准备了相应的设计效果图。A. Wed like the booth, especially the signage to be unique in order to attract more visitors. But the color of the character looks a bit pale. 我们希望展台,特别是楣板能吸引更多的参观者。但是,这个楣板文字的颜色看起来有点儿暗。B. Theres slight color difference between the real color the printed one,and the real color will be brighter. 实际颜色与打印颜色之间有些许色差。实际的颜色会比这个亮。A. That will be better.
