However, the projects overall construction schedule and operation plan may be influenced by negative factors due to various causes, such as the problem of foundation soil quality, equipment supply, delayed delivery of technical documents, major technical change, etc. As our company has been engaged in the engineering construction of electromechanical project for many years, we have accumulated rich experience in the Construction progress control, some of which is proved to be effective measures for ensuring the schedule, overcoming influences of various factors upon the construction schedule and ensure the on-schedule completion of project.
