.A survey about the psychological health of university studentsIntroduction:Nowadays, our nation is more and more powerful, and which is developing very fast. But, psychological health has become a pressing issue. University students are a big pathogenic. Its really of vital importance for our security which cant be guaranteed. To love our nation, especially our youngsters, who are the hope of our country, we have to look our psychological state clearly. So, we make a survey which about the psychological health of university students to detect. We want to put forward some useful suggestions for the psychological education in university and we hope our investigation could be helpful for ourselves.Method:Firstly, we make questionnaires concerned with college students mental illness. Then, we distributed them to colleges in our school. After they finished doing them, we take them back and get our conclusion from their answers.Result:After we got the statistical data according to the answers to the questionnaire. We made the graphics below to reveal the results. Some of the graphics are shown below.Question 5:Question 7:Question 10:Conclusion: According to this result, we can know that the mental problems of university students are unconfident and blind. Nowadays, most of students have much pressure. Many students get unconfident and they are afraid to talk with others, some times they have little words to talk with others or dont talk pleased with somebody. Instead, they hide themselves. Whats more, they dont have a goal of study. Some have a great one but some small and unclear. To some degree, a goal determines our success in the future. But, many students cant recognize the fact. They are blind and negative and passive. They dont want to study all things and are bored with courses of study. How terrible it is!Recommendation:To change the phenomenon, one of the most important things for them is not how to get on well with others, but lack of confidence, if so, just believe themselves, they should make more friends, and before long, they will be confident and happy. Try to be pleased with others, they should make themselves believed. So that others will think they are friend and easy to be get on with. They can try to talk with another student who is also shy and afraid to talk with others, they can also chat with each other about some problems they have in study, and furthermore, they can talk about their likes and dislikes.Another of the most important thing is setting a goal of study and action it. Having a goal doesnt mean they can succeed in no time. They still have a long way to go.
