Scope 摇臂钻的操作、维护和保养。It is applied in all kinds of the operation and maintenance of the rocker arm drilling machine 3.操作规程 3. Regulations on operation 3.1操作者必须熟悉机床操作顺序和性能，严禁超性能使用设备 Operator must know milling machines operation sequences and performance, do not use the machine over the performance. 3.2操作者必须经过培训、考试或考核合格后，持证上岗。 Operator must be well trained and hold the certificate after test before working. 3.3开机前，按设备润滑图表注油，检查各手柄是否放在规定的位置上。按压总启动按钮，启动油泵电机。 Fill in grease according to lubrication chart before machine starts, check whether all the handles are in the stipulated position. Press start button, and start oil bump motor. 3.4按压主轴箱与立柱松开按钮，按压摇臂升降按钮，并移动主轴或转动摇臂。 Press button of grinding machine column and spindle. Press button of rocker arm lift, move spindle and rocker arm. 3.5选择低速档，调好进给量，空转10分钟后，可试自动进给。 Choose low speed and adjust feeding, 10minuts run with no workpiece before auto feeding. 3.6进给退出，主电机停止，按压总停按钮。 Press stop button after motor stopped. 3.7关闭机床电控总开关，关闭电控柜空气开关。 Switch off machine switch button and control cabinet buttons. 3.8清洁机床，按设备润滑图表注油，立柱、摇臂抹油。 Clean grinding machine according to lubricant chart,grinding machine column, and rocker arm. 4.维护职责 4. responsibility for maintenance 4.1 操作工负责设备每天、季度和年度的维护和保养，并填写维护和保养记录； 4.1 Operators shall carry on current, yearly and quarter maintenance of the machine and record the history of the maintenance. 4.2 车间部门主管负责设备日常点检保养工作的监督、检查和落实工作； 4.2 Director in the workshop shall monitor, check the work of the maintenance and to guarantee its implementation. 4.3 生产课负责设备维护和保养工作的监督、检查，并负责组织对设备的应急维修。 4.3 Production departments shall monitor and check the maintenance of the equipments and shall organize the urgent repair of the equipments. 5.保养项目： 5.item of maintenance 5.1 日常保养： 5.1 Daily maintenance 5.1.1班前 Before operation 5.1.1.1擦净外露导轨面及工作台面的灰尘. Remove all the dust on work beach and rails. 5.1.1.2按规定润滑各部位油质油量符合要求. Filling in grease in the needed parts and must be sure the grease quality. 5.1.1.3检查各手柄灵活可靠性 Check flexibility and reliability of handles. 5.1.1.4空车试运转 Trail run without workpieces. 5.1.2班后 5.1.2.1将铁屑全部清扫干净 Clean up iron fillings 5.1.2.2擦净机床各部位 Clean all the parts of grinding machine 5.1.2.3部件归位 Place all the tools into the original place 5.1.2.4认真填写交接班记录及其他记录 Fill in work shift records and related records. 5.2 季度保养： 5.2 Quarter maintenance 5.2.1外表 Outer the grinding machine 5.2.1.1清洗机床外表及死角，拆洗各罩盖要求内外清洁，无锈蚀，无黄斑，漆见本色铁见光 Clean machine surface and dead space, disassemble all the cover to sure it is tidy, with no rust, yellow spot. 5.2.1.2清洗导轨面及清除工作台面毛刺 Clean rails and get rid of burrs on the work bench. 5.2.1.3检查补齐螺钉、手球、手柄 Check and prepare all the screw, handle and hand ball. 5.2.2主轴及进刀箱 Spindle and feeding box 5.2.2.1油质要保持良好，油量符合要求 Grease must be in good condition and qualified. 5.2.2.2清除主轴锥毛刺 Remove spindles burrs. 5.2.2.3清洗液压变速系统，滤油网，调整油压 Clean transmission system, filter mesh, and adjust grease pressure. 5.2.3摇臂及升降夹紧机机构 Rocker arm and lifter clamping structure. 检查调整升降机构和夹紧机构，达到灵敏可靠 Check structure of lifter and clamping device to keep their flexibility.5.2.4润滑 Lubricant 清洗油毡，要求油杯齐全，油路畅通，油窗明亮 Clean up asphalt felt, and check whether oil cups all ready, and oil window shining. 5.2.5冷却Cooling 5.2.5.1清洗冷却泵，过滤器冷却液槽 Clean cooling bump, cooling fluid tank of filter. 5.2.5.2检查冷却液管路，要求无漏水现象 Check cooling fluid way, no water leakage. 5.2.6电器 Electric 5.2.6.1清扫电机及电气箱内的外尘土 Remove dust of motor and electric control box. 5.2.6.1检查擦拭电气元件及触点，要求完好可靠，无尘线路安全可 Check and clean all the electric components, and contacts, to ensure all the wire with no dust and guarantee safety. 5.3 年度保养： 5.3 Annually maintenance 除包含日常保养和季度保养全部内容外，还应更换主轴及进刀箱的液压油（46#液压油）。 Besides current maintenance and quarter maintenance, hydraulic fluid shall be changed in the feeding box and spindle.
