淮南谢桥矿设计毕业论文翻译材料摘 要煤炭是工业的粮食,在我国一次能量消费结构中,煤炭占75%以上。煤炭工业发展的快慢,将直接关系到国计民生。煤炭不仅是我国的基本燃料,而且是重要的工业原料,从中可以提取200多种产品,这些产品是我国社会主义经济建设和劳动人民生活所必须的。因此,为使我国实现工业、农业、国防和科学技术的现代化,必须加速煤炭工业现代化的步伐。中国是世界上煤炭资源最丰富的国家之一。据不完全统计,我国煤炭探明总储量在9000亿吨以上,居世界前列;已知含煤面积55万多平方千米,而且煤种齐全。这就为我国发展煤炭工业提供了必要的资源条件。本次所设计的淮南谢桥煤矿是一座新建的大型矿井。设计以市场为导向,以经济效益为中心,遵循少投入、多产出的原则,充分利用井田储量丰富、开采技术条件好、交通运输条件优越等有利因素,在充分吸取国内高产高效特大型矿井建设和生产经验的基础上,坚持高起点、高标准、高质量、高效率、高效益的开发原则,对矿井进行系统优化与创新,达到生产集中化、运输连续化、系统简单化、布置合理化、管理现代化、综合效益最大化,将谢桥矿建设成为具有先进技术装备和先进管理理念的一流的现代化高产高效大型矿井。谢桥煤矿位于淮北平原西南部,行政区划属安徽省颖上县管辖。其中心南距颖上县城20 km,东南至风台县城约34 km。谢桥煤矿位于淮南煤田潘谢矿区西端,潘谢公路直达井口,淮阜铁路从矿区南部通过,西有颖上陈桥公路通过,向南与颖上风台公路相接,交通较为方便。谢桥煤矿2.4 Mt/a的新井设计。谢桥煤矿位于淮北平原西南部,交通便利。井田走向(东西)平均长度为7.29 km,井田倾向(南北)平均长度为2.48 km,井田水平面积为17.57 km2。本矿井开采煤层为4层,自下而上依次为1号、4号、6号、8号煤层,总厚11.0 m,占煤层总厚的56.9%。主采煤层为8号煤层,平均倾角为13.9,平均厚度为3.42 m,井田地质简单。井田工业储量为271.79 Mt,可采储量174.27 Mt,矿井服务年限为55.86 a。第一水平的服务年限为24.21 a矿井正常涌水量为105 m3/h,最大涌水量为132 m3/h。矿井绝对瓦斯涌出量较高,属高瓦斯矿井。煤层自燃倾向性为不自燃易自燃,煤尘爆炸性强。设计首采区为西二采区,采区划分四个区段。工作面长度191 m,采用综合机械化采煤法,全部跨落法处理采空区。矿井年工作日为330 d,工作制度为 “三八”制,两班生产,一班检修。生产班每班4个循环,日循环数为8,循环进尺0.63 m,日产量4 284.84 t。根据井田地质条件,矿井的开拓方式确定为立井三水平开拓,暗斜井延深至-1 025 m。将主采煤层划分为三个水平,水平标高分别为:-685 m、-855 m、-1 025 m。一水平的运输大巷和轨道大巷均布置在距8号煤层底板25 m左右的岩层中,巷道沿走向布置轨道大巷除了承担矿井的辅助运输(双轨大巷),同时还兼作进风大巷,回风大巷布置在距8号煤层底板25 m左右的岩层中二水平开拓巷道选型与一水平的相同,三水平除主、副暗斜井选型不同,其余开拓大巷均和一、二水平的相同。大巷采用带式输送机运煤,辅助运输采用1.5 t固定箱式矿车。根据所采盘区地质条件和煤层特征,确定工作面采用综合机械化采煤工艺,走向长壁采煤法后退式开采。本矿井设计井型为2.4 Mt/a,需同时布置两个采煤工作面来保证产量。工作面选用鸡西煤机厂生产MG300-W无链牵引采煤机,张家口厂生产的SGZ-764/264型刮板输送机。液压支架型号为ZZ4400/18/38。主井井筒采用立井形式,圆形断面,净直径6.5 m,净断面积33.18 m,副井井筒采用立井形式,圆形断面,净直径为6.0 m,净断面积为28.27 m,主井装备两对12 t双箕斗提煤,副井装备一对1.5 t矿车双层四车罐笼担负辅助运输任务。该设计矿井为大型矿井,井田范围比较大,属于高瓦斯矿井,考虑提升运输、通风和安全出口,确定采用一个主井提升煤炭,一个副井担负矿井材料、设备、人员、矸石运输任务,同时兼作安全出口和入风井,一个风井担负矿井的进风和回风任务,矿井采用两翼对角式通风方式。通风容易时期矿井总需风量10 720 m3/min,通风总阻力2 588.75 Pa,总风阻0.081 Ns/m8,等积孔4.19 m,矿井通风容易。矿井通风困难时期矿井总风量11 150 m/min,通风总阻力2 634.03 Pa,总风阻0.076 Ns/m8,等积孔4.32 m,矿井通风容易。矿井前后期均选用FBCDZ-8-No.28A型对旋式轴流通风机,根据电动机的输出功率和输入功率以及主要通风机要求的转速选择型号为YR1 250-8的同步电动机。设计内容共包括十章:1. 矿区概述及井田地质特征;2. 井田境界和储量;3. 矿井工作制度、设计生产能力及服务年限;4. 井田开拓;5. 准备方式采区巷道布置;6.采煤方法;7. 井下运输;8. 矿井提升;9. 矿井通风及安全;10.矿井基本技术经济指标;本次谢桥煤矿开采设计来源于生产实际,矿井储量较大,设计为大型矿井,采用的综采工艺、设计开拓方案、采煤方法和工艺等对我国大型矿井的开采具有典型性,应用技术较为先进,是我国煤炭开采的主要发展方向。此外本次设计成果将对谢桥煤矿的开采具有一定的指导意义,同时也为国内外具有相似条件的煤田的开采提供了非常有益的参考。关键词:谢桥煤矿;立井三水平暗斜井延深;采区准备方式;综合机械化采煤法;两翼对角式通风;ABSTRACTCoal is the food industry, energy consumption structure in our time, coal 75% or above.
