.刮速、油墨粘度、刮刀角度与涂层膜厚的研究摘要:对同一款产品在不同的刮速、刮刀角度下使用不同粘度的油墨在网版上进行印刷。探究刮速、油墨粘度、刮刀角度与涂层厚度的联系关键词:刮速;油墨粘度;刮刀角度;涂层膜厚;产品颜色涂层膜厚对于产品颜色有着重要影响,因此研究影响涂层膜厚的因素对于有效地控制产品颜色及制定参数标准化至关重要。在出现批量色差问题时,能够找到有效地措施及时控制产品质量。影响涂层膜厚的因素有很多,此次实验重点研究刮速、油墨粘度、刮刀角度对于涂层膜厚的影响1.实验1.1实验条件,材料及仪器设备地点:印刷线;材料:超白玻、产品各度油墨、洗网水、稀释剂;仪器设备:印刷机、网版、调墨刀、螺旋测微仪。1.2实验内容1.2.1刮刀角度对产品膜厚的影响:保持刮刀速度和油墨粘度不变,调整刮刀角度分别为60度,70度和80度进行印刷,产品烘干后对膜厚进行测量得到的数据见表(1)。产品型号测定参数角度607080A总膜厚0.07850.07350.08B总膜厚0.0520.0510.053C总膜厚0.02850.0310.0315D总膜厚0.0510.0410.038从上面图表分析得出两个结论1. 玻璃不是完全的平面,玻璃不同的点上的涂层厚度是不一样的。由于取点问题,上述的试验未能达到预期效果,得到刮刀角度和涂层厚度的关系。需重新试验。2.
