My view on Job-hoppingNowadays,it is heatedly discussed topic to various sections of society that whether we should keep Job-hopping. Moveover ,different people have different attitudes. There are some people who insist on doing one job all their lives. For examaple,my English teacher in high school has been teaching students for the whole 22 years. And I strongly believe she will devote her all life to the nourishment of education . Perhaps these people stick to one job because they dont like changes and they are traditional. Or even they think theres nothing better than the present jobs and its not necessary to venture into changing jobs. In comprison,other people prefer to change jobs constantly. And its obviously seen that those people who are of great passion easily change from one job to another. For them ,this behaviour brings them good chances to obtain better pay or better working condition.Besides, some people want various experiences of different places and meeting different kinds of people and regard staying in only one job as dullness. Taking into account of all those factors ,I may tend not to jump among jobs if my present job suits me and can make me release my talent to some degree. Because it is no denying that if one wants to be skillful in some fields ,he should keep on one job. I dontt like to be always running risks .However ,I dont oppose changing jobs if one finds he can not do well in the present job,and other job offers better chances.Should Retirement Age Be PostponedThis year people have a hot debate about whether to delay the retirement age . Everyone should be all about have different opinions . Some people think that government should not delay the retirement age . They think the older peoples work ability as well as young peoples . So the older people should have young peoples jobs and let them do contribute to society . But a part of the older people go home in advance and avoid work ill. Other part of the people think government should defer emeritus age . Because, now family burden is too large. Retirement means to reduce economic sources . And to defer emeritus age, can contribute to the society and reduce the economic burden of the family . I think that government should defer emeritus age .Because now young people afford big, big pressure. Charity brings the society power, arouses peoples enthusiasm for life, and help others to overcome difficulties.
