Type of companyTobacco Company of xxxx District is a subsidiary company of China NationalTobacco Corporation(CNTC). It is mainly responsible for the production and sales of tobacco xxxxx District.f. Nature of business, product of companyAn important work of the company is tobacco production. This accounted for a large proportion of the companys work, which involves a lot of management processes and technical expertise.Another important work of company is the market, including the management of the market and sales of cigarettes. Market surveillance, investigation, predict; consumer survey, management; new product development, delivery, management and so on.g. The company consists of five administrative departments, a cigarette Manager Department, a tobacco Manager Department, a Market inspection center, 11 tobacco stations.Five administrative departments are Integrated Department, Financial Management Division, Security discipline inspection Branch, Tobacco Management Division, Cigarette Marketing Department. This department responsible for editing and processing of various documents, contracts. Planning and organization the companys internal activities(Bidding, Meeting). Also do depositary and edit the documents for other departments. The following are the most important parts of my work.The first is depositary and edit the documents, invoice. The picture below is a good example for my work. In the red box is my work part. When the logistics process have some business accident, we will solve accordance with the following program. Whit the accident report we know what happen, and calculation of damages. Write receipt and receive reparations same time check the account with the Ministry of Finance and give them the receipt. At last filing and archiving all of the files.This is my main work at first few weeks, because it is easy. Just write some easy documents and Draw some forms. It will be used a lot of the knowledge I have learned. For example: Make the receipt, it would use a lot of accounting knowledge, also need the product and price knowledge, just like the product management. Sometimes be related to the logistics management, human resources management.From these works I have learned many things, its give a lot of help on my next work. Let me know the work flow and the nature of the work. The second are the contracts and legal affairs.The contracts and legal affairs are most important part in my work. Every year the company need purchase many things just like computer, appliance, build the flue-cured tobacco facilities, drains for the farmers. We cant do so many work and engineering by ourselves, so we need do the Bidding, give the work to other professional company. In the Bidding the contracts and legal affairs is very important. It design to different laws and different distribution of benefits. Some big Bidding we need find a Tendering&Bidding Agency Co.Ltd do it. Just like build the flue-cured tobacco facilities. We give the most important information and suggestion to the agency, they help us to do it. The agency is more professional. But some little Bidding we need do them by ourselves, like purchase supply. In the appendix there is a finish contract and Bidding documents. The third is planning and organization the companys activities.Usually the activities are meets, Bidding session, and festival activities. The meet, we must write the plan and report, note the staff. Conference record and finally archive. The Bidding session usually have many work need to do, must prepared a long time. When have some important festival, the company will plan a festival activities for the staff and their family. So we must do the plan, procurement, site layout and so on. I would put some picture in the appendix.Part 3: Conclusion and analysis of Cooperative Education Experiencea. What I have learned or earned.The most important thing is when work in a company, everyone have themselves work need to do. They are not always have time to tell you what you need to do and how to do it. Must study by self, find the work need to do, dont wait others note. At the beginning I always like to ask other partner question just like what I need to do, why I must do it, how to do it. Then I fund this is stupid, it take trouble to other partners and make a low efficiency for myself. I learn to dont ask and go to observe, observe other partners action and think the all process. Find the work I need to do, and study how to do it from other partners. Every things must observe, listen clear and study by self.In the work would meet many problems or knowledge I never know, must research and study by self. For example: The manager give me a contract and tell me to find some mistake from it. When I first time open the contract, there are many things I dont know, the law, the format of the contract and so on. I need to find the data and study it. Another example is: That is a Chinese festival, my department have a internal activitiy, my manager give me a mission that is go to arrange the ground. I need to plan how to use the ground, go to buy the ornament, and exchange with the Ministry of Finance. In this mission I meet many problems, how to use the ground is best, witch shops ornament is cheapest and so on. From this mission I know sometimes you must learn to solve the problems by yourself. During the internship another thing I have learned and earned is the communication skill. Communication is a very important skill in the work, many times not only self work with self, must work with other partner, wonderful communication skill bring good relationship. First week I work in the company, when I talk with other partner, usually I know what
