The personnel who have contagious disease, skin disease and body surface wound cannot enter the production area or do the quality monitoring.4.3每年的体检表、健康档案实行集中统一管理，建立每个人的健康档案，建立健康档案台帐 。4.3 All physical examination forms, health files should do centralized and unified management. Set up everyones health file. Set up health files account. 4.4对体检检出的不合格人员，马上调离原岗位或待岗治疗，不得从事直接接触药品或与之相关的生产劳动。由人事处根据具体不合格内容安排工作或治疗。4.4The unqualified personnel in the physical examination should leave the original post or rest to treat, cannot do the job that directly touch the drug. The personnel department arranges the job or treatment according to the unqualified content.4.4.1综合办公室根据体验结果填写体检（不合格、康复）人员安排审批单，内容包括：姓名、性别、年龄、工作岗位、体检时间、不合格项等。一式三份，一并送交人事处。4.4.1 The general office writes the “physical examination (unqualified, rehabilitation) personnel arrange approval list”, the content: name, gender, age, job, physical examination time, unqualified items. Triplicate a time send to the personnel department. 4.4.2人事处接到“审批单”后，立即签署安排意见：或在原单位调换岗位；或调出原单位重新安排其它工作；或休息治病。4.4.2The personnel department immediately signs the arrangement suggestion: change job in original unit; leave original unit rearrange job; rest and treat.4.4.3体检不合格人员康复后，要向综合办公室出示市级以上医院体检合格证明，综合办再次填写“体检（不合格、康复）人员安排审批单”，送交人事处，由人事处安排具体工作。4.4.3 After the physical examination unqualified personnel rehabilitated, offer the general office a medical clearance proof which supplied by city or higher level hospital. The general office rewrites the “physical examination (unqualified, rehabilitation) personnel arrange approval list”, send the list to the personnel department. The personnel department arranges the particular job.4.4.4人事处签署意见后的“审批单”送健康不合格人员所在部门一份，综合办公室一份，人事处留一份。4.4.4 Send the approval list which signed suggestion by personnel department, one to the department where the person works, one to general office, one to personnel department.4.4.5综合办公室将体检不合格人员的安排结果告之质量部。4.4.5 The general office tells the arrangement result to quality department. 5、相关文件与记录 Related documents and recordsRYJ023-00体检（不合格、康复）人员安排审批单RYJ023-00 “Physical examination (unqualified,
