A sprague clutch enables the rotary plate to turn quicker if the drawing machines pulls the wire quicker as adjusted with the potentiometer. A pneumatic cylinder holds the rotary plate in position. The displacement of the carriage is driven and enables to position the station #1 or the station #2 in the wire loading position under the capstan.
