包 装在对外贸易中包装是非常重要的。包装必须要经得起长途的运输。在对外贸易中我们经常要用到装箱单。装箱单是发票的补充单据，它列明了信用证（或合同）中买卖双方约定的有关包装事宜的细节，便于国外买方在货物到达目的港时供海关检查和核对货物，通常可以将其有关内容加列在商业发票上，但是在信用证有明确要求时，就必须严格按信用证约定制作。装箱单的具体缮制内容（一）装箱单名称 (Packing list)应按照信用证规定使用。通常用 “Packing List” “ Packing Specification” “Detailed Packing List ”。如果来证要求用中性包装单（Neutral Packing List ），则包装单名称打“Packing List ”，但包装单内不打卖方名称，不能签章。常见的单据名称有：PACKING LIST (NOTE) 装箱单WEIGHT LIST (NOTE) 重量单MEASUREMENT LIST 尺码单PACKING LIST AND WEIGHT LIST 装箱单重量单PACKING NOTE AND WEIGHT NOTE装箱单重量单PACKING LIST AND WEIGHT LIST AND MEASUREMENT 装箱单重量单尺码单PACKING NOTE AND WEIGHT NOTE AND MEASUREMENT 装箱单重量单尺码单WEIGHT AND MEASUREMENT LIST 重量单尺码单WEIGHT AND MEASUREMENT NOTE重量单尺码单PACKING AND MEASUREMENT LIST 装箱单尺码单PACKING AND MEASUREMENT NOTE 装箱单尺码单（二）编号 (No.) 与发票号码一致。（三）合同号或销售确认书号（Contract No./ Sales Confirmation No.）注此批货的合同号或者销售合同书号。（四）唛头（Shipping Mark）与发票一致，有的注实际唛头，有时也可以只注“as per invoice No. xxx”。唛头的具体写法请参见发票制单第七点。（五）箱号（Case No.）又称包装件号码。在单位包装货量或品种不固定的情况下，需注明每个包装件内的包装情况，因此包装件应编号。例如：Carton No. 1-5 Carton No.6-10有的来证要求此处注明 “CASENO.1UP”, UP是指总箱数。(六) 货号 （Name of Commodity） 按照发票，与发票内容一致。（七）货描（Description & Specification）要求与发票一致。货名如有总称，应先注总称，然后逐项列明详细货名。与前5、6项栏对应逐一注明每一包装件的货名、规格、品种。（八）数量（Quantity）应注明此箱内每件货物的包装件数。例如“bag 10”、“drum 20”、“bale 50”, 合同栏同时注明合计件数。（九）毛重（ Gr.
