Positive Material Identification (PMI) Procedure Specification 原材料识别工艺说明 (PMI Procedure)1. Application 应用:(1). PMI shall be Performed for all alloy materials used for Pressure Vessels, shell and Tube Exchangers, Towers.所有合金材料制的压力容器,管壳式换热器,塔等应实施PMI。(2). PMI shall be Performed on Vessel (including Exchangers) Head and shell Plates, nozzle, flanges, materials for internal and external attachments, channel plates, Tubesheets, manhole nozzle plates. Deposited weld metals, cladding and weld overlay, other parts maybe identified at the discretion of the Owner.应对容器(包括换热器)封头和壳体板,接管,法兰,内外连接件,管箱板,管板,人孔接管板,熔敷的焊缝金属,复层和堆焊,以及买方指定的其它零件实施PMI。2. Extent of PMI Examination PMI检查范围:Equipment Item设备项目Number of Testing试验数量1). Plates (including integral cladding on plate Materials) for Pressure retaining components, tubesheets.受压部件板材(包括整体复合板),管板One test Each component part (including shell plate, head、tubesheets, Manhole Nozzle Plate, e.g.)每一个组件一个试样, (包括壳板、封头、管板、人孔接管板等)。2). Nozzle pipe and fitting接管和配件One test Each Part每一个零件一个试样3). Forgings, including nozzle, flanges and tubesheets.锻件,包括接管、法兰和管板One test Each Part每一个零件一个试样4). Major load bearing external and internal attachments welded directly to the Pressure retaining component (such as alloy section of support).直接焊到受压件上,主要承载的内、外附件(如支座的合金段)One test Each Part每一个零件一个试样5). Tubes 换热管 Number of tube: 200 管子数量: 2005 unit or 3% Whichever is greater6 unit or 2% 两者中的较大者Equipment Item设备项目Number of Testing试验数量6). Bolting and nut螺栓和螺母One test Each Part每一个零件一个试样ASME SA-193 GrB7/GrB7M or Equivalent national standard not require.ASME SA-193 GrB7/GrB7M 或相当的国标不要求7). Pressure retaining welds and Attachment welds 受压焊缝和附件焊缝Circumferential welds (including branch-to pipe-welds, branch pipe-to-flange welds).环缝(包括接管与法兰,接管与接管的环焊缝)。Longitudinal welds 纵焊缝Attachment welds 附件焊缝Cladding and weld overlay 复层堆焊Repair Welds 焊缝返修Note: PMI of alloy welds shall be performed both on the outside and inside surfaces of the weld. If the inside surface is inaccessible after welding, the welding consumable shall be Verified.注:对合金焊缝内、外表面仅应进行PMI。若焊后内表面不能进入检查,则应鉴定焊接消耗材料。Each weld, with one test per weld seam for SAW, GMAW, FCAW and one test per 500mm, weld length for SMAW and GTAW.每条焊缝(包括内表面和外表面),按自动焊、半自动作一处试验,手工焊则每500mm长度焊缝作一处试验。3. Time of Examination 检查时间:PMI shall be performed after the equipment item or pipe spool has been fabricated completely (Prior to PWHT is allowed).设备项目和盘管,制造完工后(亦允许在焊后热处理之前)进行原材料识别(PMI)。4. Procedure Specification 工艺说明1). Analyser manufactures name and model 分析仪制造厂名称和型号。German: world wide Analytical system. 德国WAS分析仪器公司PMI-MASTER with direct reading of alloy grade or Composition in the applicable range.PMI-MASTER为便携式可直接读出合金级别或成份全谱光谱仪。2). Calibration: PMI instruments shall be calibrated in accordance with the manufacturer instructions at the start and finish of each shift as a minimum.PMI仪器应校准,以符合制造厂仪器的每次从开始到结束的最小变化。3). Sampling: The operator undertakers a qualification test on known samples representing the materials subject to PMI (minimum of three (3) different alloy samples). The test shall be witnessed by contractor and correct identification of all samples is required for operator acceptance.试样:操作者应对已知所代表材料的试样进行PMI的评定试验(最少要有3件不同合金的试样),试验应由承包方见证,作为合格的操作者要求所有试样都能正确识别。4). Operators: Only qualified and experienced operators shall perform PMI, Operators shall be trained in use of the PMI equipment.操作者:操作者应在所用的PMI设备上进行培训,只有经过评定和有经验的操作者才能实施PMI。5). Surface preparation: Surface to be examined shall be prepared by light grinding or by abrasive paper and solvent cleaned to remove and surface films. All materials shall be made good after examination, e.g. by dressing out arc strike.表面准备:被检查表面,应用轻磨或砂纸或溶剂清除表面不洁处,检查后,弧击处应修整,以保持所有材料被检查后完好。6). Marking: All PMI-Verified and accepted materials shall be marked with the letters “AV” using a certified low-stress stamp. Where stamping is not possible, they shall be stencil-marked using compatible ink. The ink shall be insoluble in water, shall not contain metallic pigments (A1, Pb Zn etc.), Sulphur or chlorides that could adversely affect austenitic stainless steel or nickel alloy materials.标记:所有经PMI鉴定和合格材料应用低应力钢印打上字母“AV”,不能打钢印的地方,可用合适的墨水喷字,所用墨水不会溶于水,且不含有对不锈钢或镍合金材料有害的A1, Pb, Zn等金属色素和硫或氯化物。Marking shall be placed as follows:标记位置如下:Plates 板; Adjacent to heat numbers 邻近炉号;Forgings and Fittings 锻件和配件;Adjacent to the manufactures marking 邻近制造厂标记;Pipe 接管;Two marks, 180 degrees apart, 75mm from each end of each length of pipe on the outer surface 两个标记,分别相距180,外表面离端面75mm;Bolts 螺栓; On the end 端面上;Nuts螺母; On the flat 平面上;Weld 焊缝; Adjacent to welders work on the weld 邻近焊工标记处;Tube 换热管; On each end, stencil marked not stamped不打钢印,在一端喷字;5. Elements to be Determined during PMI Examination:Materials 材料Elements to be Determined 被检查的元素300 series stainless steel300系列不锈钢Cr, Ni, Mo, TiCupro-nicket alloys铜镍合金Cu, Ni6. Acceptance Criteria 合格标准:1). Base material components 母材部件The concentration of each essential alloying element shall be within the range specified in the ASME specification for the applicable material.每一个基本合金元素的含量应在ASME相应材料标准规定的范围内。2). Deposited weld metal 熔敷的焊缝金属For deposited weld metal between similar base materials using matching consumables, the recorded concentration shall be within the stated tolerance range for the instrument but in no case less than 12.5% of the minimum specified value or greater than 12.5% of maximum specified value in the material specification.熔敷的焊缝金属采用与母材相匹配的焊接材料,所测定的含量应在仪器的公差范围内且与材料标准值的偏差在12.5%范围内。7. Recording of the Results 结论记录The PMI Examination test results shall be recorded in a PMI performance report. The following data shall be recordedPMI实施报告应记录PMI检查试验结果记录,其记录内容如下:a). Name and address of Vendor/ manufacturer 卖方/制造厂的名称和地址;b). Purchase Order or Contract number. 采购单或合同号;c). Item no. and name of the fabricated equipment item and piping 所制设备项目和管系的项目号和名称;d).
