Special recognition should be considered.4 - SUCCESSFUL: Work performance consistently above the requirements in most aspects of the appraisal factor.3 - MEETS EXPECTATIONS: Work performance consistently meets the standards of performance for the position2 NEEDS IMPROVEMENT: Work performance sometimes does not consistently meets the standards of performance for the position.1 - UNACCEPTABLE: Work performance is deficient and fails to meet requirements in the important aspects of the appraisal factor.5优秀:在考评范围内各方面表现突出,大大超出工作要求,应该得到特别认可;良好:在考评范围内各方面表现很好,稍微超出工作要求;达标:在考评范围内工作表现一贯达到工作要求;需改善:在考评范围内工作表现偶尔达不到岗位工作标准不达标:在考评范围内工作表现不足,在重要考评方面达不到岗位要求1.
