Thanks for your reading. Here is the report of the 3-day international conference which focuses on Human Resource Management. In this conference, the general background of human resource management and labor-management relations in China are discussed. It describes the cultural values, political and economic systems shaping Chinese human resource management and explores labor-management relations in Chinese enterprises. Through all these discussions, this conference aims at eliminating the improper management of human resource thus making best of the talents .We write this report for your deliberation and suggestion. Lots of changes have taken place in human resource management since the 1978 economic reforms. This conference discusses the general background of human resource management and labor-management relations in China. It describes the cultural values, political and economic systems shaping Chinese human resource management and explores labor-management relations in Chinese enterprises. As the economic reforms deepen and a market economy is established, changes will take place in the nature of labor- management relations and human resource management in Chinese enterprises.PurposeThe purpose of this report is to recommend a detailed plan of the 3-day International conference.ScopeIn this report, we will mainly focus on the following three parts: Our plan of this conference; why we make this plan; our conclusions and recommendations.We will also briefly discuss the advantages of our plan, and how our plan can be put into practice.We will not discuss the financial feasibility of the plan.AssumptionsOur recommends are based on three assumptions: The conference is quite important and well-known for its findings have been always influencing the whole worlds human resource management. Then there will be many journalists during the conference. The conference should be open. All the presentatives have been well-informed of this conferences date and address. And they have been prepared for this meeting. The number of the participants are clear, reasonable and under control. Transportation in Shanghai is quite fine especially in this area.MethodologyThe information of our report came from print and online sources .Firstly; all the members of our group got together and worked out a main topic of the international conference. Our leader divided the whole task into several parts and everyone took his own responsibility. Then we began to collect the information mainly on the internet as well as through the relevant books. At last, all the information were gathered and put into PPT and word file.LimitationsOur report has two limitations. First, for the worlds finance crisis may have a bad influence on both presentatives and participants, some of our participants may cancel their plan of taking part in this conference. Second, the information about the hotel and Shanghais traffic is collected on the internet. In that case, there will be some unexpected problems and situation. Criteria The most important criterias for a successful conference are that: 1) there are some important agreements that were made during the conference; 2) there are no accidents during the conference; 3) each plan is fully and fluently carried out; 4) the majority of the media give a high praise on this conference.1. Findings(a) The date of the 3-day conference(b) The accommodation Having considered all of the aspects involved, we choose the Hilton Shanghai Hotel. Luxuriously designed and conveniently located in the heart of former French Concession, Hilton Shanghai Hotel is a 43-storey building, housing 772 hotel rooms and suites offering a range of modern conveniences and comforts. Hilton Shanghai Hotel guest rooms are elegantly designed and equipped with sophisticated room amenities and feature excellent accommodation facilities for guests on various business. The cost of staying in a superior deluxe room begins at ¥1330 per night, the executive room is the most expensive, at¥1580per night. Hilton Shanghai Hotel offers 11 flexible meeting rooms for large events and gatherings at the hotel. The largest meeting rooms at Hilton Shanghai Hotel include the Grand Ballroom and Ballroom Foyer and the Business Centre at Hilton Shanghai Hotel provides a variety of office automation solutions and secretarial services for corporate guests of the hotel. Hilton Shanghai Hotel is situated between the two main Shanghai shopping streets and is just 20 minutes away from Shanghai Hongqiao International Airport.(c) Food and drink Soaking up the traditional Chinese atmosphere and great shanghai views, we provide all kinds of Chinese cuisine, such as Sichuan food, Cantonese fare, Shandong food and Huaiyang cuisine. Due to the fact that people in the meeting are from different parts of the world, food of different countries, like Mediterranean cuisine, Japanese food, continental breakfast, is available. Healthy drinks, snacks and light meals are also offered. As the holder of the meeting, we will pay special attention to the combining of the dishes, assuring that no one would be uncomfortable because of our food.(d) The transportation Arriving at Hongqiao International Airport, attendees will be fetched by private cars, and driven to Hilton Shanghai Hotel. In Hilton Shanghai Hotel, the well-developed system of highway transportation links the hotel with places all over the city, so we need not worry about the transportation. But if necessary, we can provide private cars temporarily. As for the sightseeing, we have special cars. Two people share one car.( e )The Safety Safety issues should be concerned a lot in the conference. Those who enter the meeting room should be strictly examined. We also have enough safeguard with guns in and out of the hotel and it will keep alert all the time. In consequence, we have airline forces hovering in the sky 24 hours a day nonstop. We have such a strict alert during the meeting, we still have emergency solutions in case that bad things happen, as follows: 1. If theres an explosion, we have shelter for the people. 2. We have emergency power supply for the meeting to continue in case of the electricity power cut. 3. We have immediate medical service for the people who doesnt feel well. Especially the H1N1 is spread quickly during these time, we will disinfect the area thoroughly. 4. And so on.The SightseeingOur hotel is located in downtown Puxi -the commercial entertainment center. We have considered seriously for our invited VIP. If you want to go shopping , Nanking Road of west and Huaihai Road are the best choices. They are the famous popular commercial streets that attract thousands of people. If you want to have a walk, you can just go outside for several minutes to the Jingan Park and the Jingan Temple. There are beautiful sceneries which can relax you after having the serious meetings.If youd like to go further and visit the modern buildings in Shanghai, the Oriental Pearl TV Tower, Shanghai Library, Shanghai Stadium, Shanghai Grand Theatre, Shanghai Circus City, Shanghai Science & Technology Museum and so on, they are all worth seeing. Their beauty and modern style is a real spectacle.ConclusionThe conclusion to the introduction, the arrangement of the date of the 3-day conference, the accommodation, the subsistence, the transportation, the safety and security, and the sightseeing as followed respectively: 1). Lots of changes have taken place in human resource management since the 1978 economic reforms. This conference discusses the general background of human resource man management and labor-management relations in China. The purpose of this report is to recommend a detailed plan of the three days International conference.2). August 5th and August 6th could be set as the meeting days. For the next day meeting is going to be over, so the activity on the afternoon of August 7th could be set as half one-day trip.3). Hilton Shanghai Hotel could be set as the place which meeting attendants could live in. Firstly, luxuriously designed and conveniently located in the heart of former French Concession, Hilton Shanghai Hotel is a 43-storey building, housing 772 hotel rooms and suites offering a range of modern conveniences and comforts.
