The current Class Rules of the International Access 2.3 and 303 will be applied.Eligibility : Competitors are required to be a National Access Class Association affiliated with the International Access Class Association. Number of racing boats ,competitors and additional information : 1For foreign countries entry,: Executive Committee prepare charter boats for competitors from foreign countries. : Any electric equipments and the other special equipments in charter boats will not be provided. :Each boat of 2.3 and 303 will be accepted the entry both 1 Single(Division) and 1 Double(Division). :The maximum number of entry boats of foreign countries will be accepted as 5 boats of 2.3 and 3 boats of 303.2Both men and women will be competing with same race in this regatta. Entry Fee : Entry fees are stated in US $50 per competitor. Number of Races : Maximum 6 races on each 4 divisions as 2.3 Single and Double, 303 Single and Double will be sailed. : This regatta will be completed more than 1 race each division.Sailing Instructions : The Sailing Instructions will be available during official registration of entry. : Executive Committee plan to submit them till every entry application if possible, on the other hand above that may be revised till official registration of entry by some possibility.Scoring : The Low Points Scoring System of Appendix A will apply .(When more than 4 races have been completed the worst score will be excluding.)Prizes : Prizes may be awarded as the first place to the third place on each division and also the special prize may be awarded.Official entry application : Official registration of entry will be beginning in February: Attached entry form and an envelope for answer shall be returned to the following address no later than February 28th on 2009.
