Objectivelyspeaking,asweallknow,Chinahasbeendevelopingforabout20yearsandatthemomentitisstillmarchingforwardatcertainsurprisinghighgrowthrateinworldhistoryandiscontinuingtobeinvolvedintotheinternationalsocietymuchmoredeeplythanbeforeineveryaspectsuchasglobaleconomy,internationalpolitics,cultureintercourse,educationexchanges,inter-statetrades,andmilitaryinterplaysaswell.AmoreopenedChinaandthemuchmoreandheavierglobalrolesandtheinternationalresponsibilitiesitistakinganditispursuingdemandmoreandmoreskilledexpertswhoarewelltrainedandwellexperiencedintheinternationalcommunicationinEnglishandotherlanguagesinalltheseareas.Andtherefore,itistrue,thatthedevelopmentsituationatpresentandtrendinfrontofusundoubtedlywillimplysomemoreseriouschallengesandmoreprofoundopportunitiesforeveryoneandalreadydid.AlltheseareforcingustopickuporcontinuetostudyEnglish,oritwouldnotbeachanceforanyonetobeinvincibleanywayaspreviousinthishard-to-breathtideofdevelopmentunlessyouarereadytobedead. Nowadays,Chinaistransformingintoamoreimprovedmarketeconomysystemtoitsperfection,anyoneshouldnotignoretheboomingmarketandthearisencompetitionssurroundinghimoraroundthecornerandNoonecanavoidtheshockfromit.Whoeveryouare,andnomatterwhereyoustayinthestate-ownedorprivateenterprises,thereisnowhereforyoutobeharbored,thereuponyouwouldbetteractivelytomakeashowoutofyourselfandsupplementwhereyoulacktotackledifferentandmoreandmorecomplicatedbusinessandworks.Forinstance,youshallbewellqualifiedtowhatyouareworkingat,andyoushouldbeabletobalancewiththosewhocamewithyouinthesameyearorevenlaterandwerewithhighdeGREesandgoodbackgroundbutnowtheyhavedifferedinposition,paymentandothertreatmentsaswell.Thatisaveryexigenttaskforalmosteveryoneofus.
