transportation equipment of centrifugal discharge type which is mainly used for transport of powdery and fine products The equipment has the characteristics of small size and good sealing with bulk material Due to the suspending reducer and transmission technology of hydrodynamic coupling its transmission device with compact structure and drive reliability has an excellent stop reverse transmission device conveying belt and buckets etc 1 机头由机头座 机头盖 头轮 头轮轴承座 密封圈等部件组成 机头座上 设有四个别观察检修窗 用以观察物料运行情况及调节挡板 清除杂物 Elevator head consists of head base head cover head pulley head pulley bearing The base of the equipment housing should be concrete casting with thickness not less than 300mm meet the requirement of smoothing and firm enough to bear the weight of equipment and operation when loading 2 机座基础应预埋地脚螺栓 其位位置及尺寸参见个型号小样图 也可以在基 础上预埋一块尺寸大雨机座底部的带脚钢板 Anchor bolts should be embedded in advance for elevator housing their locations and detailed dimensions refer to the sampling drawing Or to embed a foot plate with larger size than the bottom of the elevator housing at the base 3 当设备穿过楼面时 楼板应预留洞孔 When the equipment get through the floor holes should be reserved at the floor 4 当设备的机头盖顶部离建筑物 或构件物 应留有足够的空间 其尺寸不小 于 500mm Adequate space should be maintained between the top of the elevator head and the building or structural unit Its size should be no less than 500mm 5 观察检修机筒的窗口 中心线 应安排在离楼面或地面 1400mm 左右的位 置以便检修 The window the centerline for observation and repair should be arranged at the location of 1400mm above the ground or floor for maintenance easily a with anchor bolts 二 安装程序及要求 二 安装程序及要求 Installation Program and Requirements 1 将机座就位在基础上 以机座法兰面为基准校正水平 并紧固地脚螺栓 或用压板将机座压固在预埋的钢板上 机座的上面对水平面的平行度误差 不大于 1 2mm Locate the elevator housing onto the base correct the level as the housing flange being the benchmark while fasten the anchor bolts or fix the elevator housing onto the embedded steel plate with pressure plates The error of parallel between the upper face of the housing and horizontal plane should be less than 1 2mm 2 根据工艺设计要求 将机筒自下而上逐节安装 最后安装机头 头轮轴对 水平面的平行度误差不大于 0 3mm 机筒全高的垂直度及扭曲度偏差不大 于 8mm 底轮轴与头轮轴位同一铅垂面内 其扭曲度不大于 7 mm 如有 防爆机筒 其安装位置座靠近机头 窗口向里 Boot segments are installed from bottom to top as per process design requirements and the elevator head should be the last one to be installed The error of parallel between the head pulley axle and horizontal plane should be less than 0 3mm the deviation of the verticality and the distortion of the boot entire height should be less than 8mm the axles of bottom pulley and head pulley should be placed in the same vertical plane with distortion less than 7mm If explosive proof boot is installed it should be located beside the head with window towards inside 3 机筒法兰联接处应用橡胶板条 或石棉垫 衬垫 并紧固联接螺栓 法兰 边的连接处不得有明显的错位和缝隙 Flange joints of the boots should use the rubber strip or asbestos mat as cushion and be fastened by bolts The connection edges of flanges shouldn t show obvious mal position and cracks 4 机头的位置安排应根据工艺流程要求其出料口位置可与进料口在同一侧 也可在另一侧 通尼公司 入厂煤采样装置设备运行维护手册 余煤回送装置 7 The location of the discharge outlet of the elevator head should be arranged at the same side of the inlet as per the requirement of the process flow the location can also be arranged at the other side as per demand 5 奋斗及输送带的安装 输送带需经预拉伸后方可打孔装奋斗 输送带接头 搭接长度至少应跨三个奋斗 用皮带螺栓联接 奋斗需在输送带连接后 逐件用奋斗螺栓安装在输送带上 Buckets and conveying belt installation Pre stretch the belt before drilling the belt to mount the buckets The belt joint lap length should cross at least three buckets and connect with belt bolts The buckets should be mounted onto the conveying belt by bucket bolts one by one after the belt connection 6 打开机头座上观察盖 调节回流挡板 是奋斗和挡板的间隙 10 15 mm 之 间 然后固定回流挡板 Open the observation cover on the head base to adjust the backflow guard plate make the gap between the buckets and the guard plate reach to 10 15mm fix the backflow guard plate accordingly 7 传动装置的安装 先安装工作台架或电机架 将电机安装在台架或楼面上 接通电源检查电机旋转方向 切断电源 将液力偶合器及轴装减速器分别 安装在电机及提升机轴上 紧固各连接件 装上传动皮带及防护罩 Installation of the transmission device to install the working platform or motor support firstly and mount the motor onto the platform or floor Switch on the power supply to check the motor rotation direction Turn off the power install the hydrodynamic coupling and shaft mounting reducer to the motor and the shaft of the elevator respectively tighten 点动检查输送带是否跑偏及有无异常响声 发现问题 及时排除 Before commissioning all remains inside should be removed and tighten the conveying belt correct the wiring of motor to prevent the reducer from reverse running and fasten all the link bolts To point move the conveying belt to inspect the deflection and abnormal noise Remove any problem if occurs 2 空车运行二小时 同时调整张紧丝扛 消除皮带跑偏现象 停车时 观 察止逆效果 输送带应无倒行现象 To empty operate for two hours while adjusting the tension screw to eliminate the belt deflection Stop to observe the result of stop reverse effect The conveying belt shouldn t show the reverse running phenomenon 3 空载试车无问题后 可进行负载试车 先应逐步进料 待正常后 方可 满负荷运行 Load commissioning can be carried out after no load testing To feed gradually to normal condition then operate at full load 四 操作和故障处理四 操作和故障处理 Operation and troubleshooting 1 开车前应作常规检查紧固件 安全防护及设备润滑情况等 Routine inspection of fasteners safety protection and lubrication state should be carried out before the equipment starts 2 开车前 物料流量应控制在一定的范围内 同时进料要均匀 不得时大 Calcium based lubricant should be applicable for bearings Add or replace the lubricant monthly and take it apart to clean out once per year when overhaul 2 奋斗几奋斗螺栓每月应全面检查一次 发现松动和损坏应及时紧固和更 换 没年大修应全部检查 紧固或更换零件 Buckets and bolts should be entirely inspected monthly fasten and replace if they become loose or damaged Entire inspection should be carried out per year to fasten or replace the parts 3 guard plate is
