AC supplies fresh air and is in charge of part of the room loading. All year round operation, AC has relatively vast temperature difference between seasons and days and nights. Based on design requirement, full use of outdoor fresh air plays a vital role in saving energy and reducing consumption. 新风机组、组合式空调箱、排风机、VAV、风机盘管的配合使用是卡特彼勒无锡技术研发中心的空调的设计方式,空调机组既要为房间提供一定的新鲜空气,满足室内的卫生要求,同时要负担房间的部分负荷。空调机组一年四季都要运行,昼夜温差、季节温差都比较大。在满足设计要求的情况下,充分利用室外新风,对于空调的节能降耗有着重要的作用。Control notes for AHU21-28 RHU-21-28控制原理说明AHU21-28 RHU-21-28A. monitor points/监控点的设置 To monitor exterior temperature signal /设置室外温度信号监测; To monitor fresh air flow /设置新风流量信号监测; Set FA valve, air return valve and control VANT valve/设置新风阀门;回风阀门;排风阀门开度控制; Set fan AHU RHU START/STOP, control frequency variable/设置AHU RHU风机启停;风机变频控制; Set manual/auto, alarm set, fan running status设置AHU RHU风机手动/自动转换信号; 风跳闸报警监测;风机运行状态; Set initial effect, pressure differential alarm /设置初效;中效过滤器前后压差报警的监测; Set cooling 2-way valve;heating 2-way valve PID control表冷加热电动二通阀的PID控制; Monitor temperature senser T of supply duct/设置送风管温度T的监控; Monitor fire-rated valve for air supply/return ducts/设置送回风管防火阀的监测; Set room temperature control/设置房间温度监控; Set room pressure control/设置房间压力控制; Monitor air supply duct pressure/设置送风管压力监测;Spring and autumn (energy saving mode): outside temperature is defined as OT and indoor temperature defined as RT. Set parameter is adjustable and subject to site conditions. 春秋季节(节能控制):室外温度定义为OT,室内温度定义为RT 所设定的参数是可调的,根据现场的实际情况来定1OT 282 15OT 21, AND 20RT26, supply fan will operate with largest frequency while DDC shall adjust ventilator by comparing preset data and data obtained by indoor pressure sensor so that indoor pressure shall maintain around -12Pa and -40Pa;DDC控制器:排风阀门开到最大,根据房间温度传感器TE测到的数据调节新风和回风阀门使房间温度达到255。送风机VFD最小频率运行,当房间温度T26送风机最大频率运行,同时DDC控制器根据房间压力P传感器测到的信号和设定值参数相比较,调整排风机变频器频率输出(分大频率运行(有5-6个赫兹的范围调节,当滤网阻塞时排风的频率改变维持房间的压力)和小频率运行(有5-6个赫兹的范围调节,当滤网阻塞时排风的频率改变维持房间的压力),使房间压力保持(-12Pa到-40Pa)之间。Seasonal control(chilling mode): outdoor temperature is OT and indoor temperature RT空调季节控制(制冷模式):室外温度定义为OT,室内温度定义为RT1OT 21215OT28DDC controller, fresh air dampers open with miminun degree, ventilation dampers with miminin degree, air return dampers with maximin degree, air supply VFD operates with maximin frequency and ventilator operates with maximin frequency; ajust surface cooling valve open degree according to indoor temperature to maintain indoor temperature around 255;DDC控制器:新风阀门开到最小开度、排风阀门的开到最小开度、回风阀门开到最大开度、送风VFD根据最大频率运行,排风机按照大频率运行(有5-6个赫兹的范围调节,当滤网阻塞时根据房间的压力调节排风的频率使房间的压力维持恒定使房间压力保持(-12Pa到-40Pa)之间。);根据房间温度TE,调节表冷阀门的开度,维持房间温度恒定255。 AC season control ( heating mode): outdoor temperatue OT and indoor temperature RT空调季节控制(加热模式):室外温度定义为OT,室内温度定义为RT1 OT 15 AND RT222 15OT 21, AND RT20DDC controller; DDC controller, fresh air dampers open with miminun degree, ventilation dampers with maxminun degree, air return dampers with maximin degree, air supply VFD operates with maximin frequency and ventilator operates with maximin frequency; ajust surface cooling valve open degree according to indoor temperature to maintain indoor temperature around 255;DDC控制器:新风阀门开到最小开发、排风阀门的开到最小开度、回风阀门开度最大开度、送风机VFD最小频率运,排风机在一定的频率范围运行(有5-6个赫兹的范围调节,当滤网阻塞时根据房间的压力调节排风的频率使房间的压力维持恒定使房间压力保持(-12Pa到-40Pa)之间。)根据房间温度TE,调节加热阀门的开度,使房间的温度维持在一定的范围255(房间温度T40)。Monitor the filter status/过滤网状态监察BA monitors pressure differerianl before and after filters. When pressure differerital exceeds the values set by pressure switch, BA shall send alarm in forms of sound and light at operation station to inform workers to clean up the filters. At the same time, BA will also record all items for future check-up;BA 系统通过压差开关,监测过滤网的前后压差。 当压差超过压差开关的预设值(在压差开关上可调),BA 系统会以声光报警形式在操作站上显示,以提醒操作人员安排有关人员做滤网清洗工作。而 BA 系统也会将有关的事项一一记录,以作日后检查之用。Interlocked/联锁控制Start-stop sequence/开机-关机顺序联锁:Set interlocking between air supply fan, ventilator, valve and damper; valve can only be opened after AHU fan runs signals; fresh air damper and valve shut up when AHU fan closes; closing of fresh air damper may prevent surface cooling from being destroyed; 设置送风机、排风机的开启、水阀、风阀的联锁:当接收到AHU风机运行信号时水阀才能开启;当AHU风机关闭时新风阀门关闭、水阀关闭。新风阀门关闭可保护表冷盘管不被冷坏。Opening sequence: ventilator damperventilator; fresh air damper-supply fan; 开机顺序:排风阀门排风机;新风阀门送风机。Closing sequence: supply fanfresh air damper; ventilatorventilation damper关机顺序:送风机新风阀门;排风机排风阀门。消防联锁:Firefighting interlocking DDC shall automatically close air supply and ventilaton fans upon receipt of fire damper alarm signals and AHU shall stop accordingly; 当DDC控制器接受到防火阀的报警信号时自动切断送、排风机,对应的空调箱暂停工作。Shut up interlocking in case of low temperature 低温关断联锁:This shall stop fans when temperaute is lower than 3 and AHU stops accordingly; need manual resumption if system is to restart; 当送风温度低于3时,自动切断风机,空调箱暂停工作。在系统启动时,需用手动恢复。Door interlocking 门的联锁:AHU operation status shall be at current status when DDC receives door opening of test cell until door closing; 当DDC控制器接受到测试间门开启的信号时,空调系统的运行情况锁定为当前状态;直到DDC控制器接收到测试间门关闭的信号时锁定程序解除,DDC控制程序恢复运行逻辑。 Fan stop/start controls风机开关控制Fan starting/stopping is determined by signals sent by labs: start corresponding AHU/RHU when receiving TEST CELL starting signals; AHU/RHU will feedback signals to TEST CELL after starting; close corresponding AHU/RHU upon recipt of TEST CELL stopping signals;风机的启停控制根据实验室发出的信号启动,当接收到TEST CELL开启信号时开启开启对应的AHU/RHU; AHU/RHU开启后反馈信号给TEST CELL;当接收到TEST CELL关闭信号后;关闭对应的AHU/RHU。Feedback signals to BMS system after AHU starts; 当空调系统开启后反馈信号给BMS系统Fan off alarm/风机跳闸报警监察DDC will monitor fan relays for alarms; in case of alarm, DDC shall stop fan and make alarm at operation station in forms of sound or light to warn workers to conduct maintenance activitites. At the same time, BA system will also record everthing for future check-up;DDC 控制器会监察风机热继电器跳闸报警。 在有报警时,停下风机并以声光报警形式在操作站上显示,以提醒操作人员安排有关人员做检修工作。 而 BA 系统也会将有关的事项一一记录,以作日后检查之用。Monitor fan operation status/风机运行状态的监察BA will judge fan operation status according to signals feedbacked by the HV cabinet so that workers can know fan operation from time to time; BA系统根据强电箱反馈的信号,来判断风机的运行状态,以便操作人员实时了解风机的运行状态。Operation time accumulated/运行时间累计BA software may record fan operation time by software statistical function; BA系统利用软件统计记时功能,可以实时的累计风机的运行时间,并记录显示。Fresha air volume monitor新风流量监测:BMS monitors fresh air volume; BMS shall output alarm signals when parameter detected is 90 of preset values;BMS监测新风流量计的信号,当新风流量计的参数小于设定参数90时,输出报警信号。TEST CELL6# hazard gas alarm operation TEST CELL6#有害体气报警运行In case of TEST CELL6# hazard gas alarm, AHU-22 will immediately switch into complete fresh air mode, supply fan operate at full frequency, fresh air damper open maximin and return air damper shut; this shall return to pre-alarm mode after complete fresh air operation for 10 minutes;当TEST CELL6#的有害体气报警时,AHU-22立即转到全新风模式,送回风机频率全频运行,新风阀门100%开启,回风阀门关闭。全新风状态10分钟后,回到报警前的模式运行。AHU29-36 Control description /控制原理说明AHU29-36A. monitor points/监控点的设置 Set fresh air valve switches/设置新风阀门开关控制; Monitor fresh air temperature signals/新风温度信号监测; Monitor fresh air duct pressure signals/新风管压力信号监测; Set fan stop/start;(VFDs of fan is controlled by test cell) 设置风机启停;(风机的变频由实验室控制) VFD signals for supply fan/送风机变频信号接收;(4-20MA) VFD signals output of supply fan/送风机变频信号输出; Set fan manual/auto transfer, alarm monitor and operation status.设置风机手动/自动转换信号; 风跳闸报警监测;风机运行状态; Set initial effect, pressure differential alarm设置初效;中/ 高效过滤器前后压差报警的监测; Set preheating coil, surface cooling coil, PID control for reheating coil 设置预热盘管;表冷盘管;再热盘管电动二通阀的PID控制; Set preheating coil temperature, surface cooler temperature. 设置表冷器后温度;送风管温度T的监控; Set monitor of duct fire-rated valves/设置送风管防火阀的监测; Air flow monitor for air supply duct/设置送风管压力监测;Temperature control/温度控制 (Judge if need to start pre-heating coils or surface cooling coils according to fresh air temperature sensor)DDC controller (pre-heating mode): values already set shall compare with signals detected by fresh air temperature sensor, when fresh air temperaute is lower than set parameter, need to start two-way valve at pre-heating coil to make sure that temperature after pre-heating coils maintain 141. When electric valve is opened, coil pump will start operation; when fresh air temperature is less than 3, need to start pre-heating coil pump, surface cooling coil pump and re-heating coil pump. When fan status is in conflict with fresh air temperature, fresh air temperature shall take lead in starting pre-heating coil pumps; A (根据新风温度传感器判断是开启预热盘管,还是表冷盘管) DDC控制器(预热模式):根据新风温度传感器测到的信号和设定参数(14可修改)相比较,当新风温度低于设定参数时开启预热盘管上电动二通阀门,使预热盘管后的温度维持在141。当电动阀门为开启时状态时(当风机开启时阀门为开启状态)盘管泵开始运行;当新风温度低于3时开启预热盘管泵,表冷盘管泵,再热盘管泵开启,当风机状态和新风温度相冲突时,新风温度优先开启预热盘管泵。(Judge if start pre-heating coil pump or surface cooling coil pump according to fresh air temperature sensor)DDC controller (chiller code): values already set shall compare with signals detected by fresh air temperature sensor, when fresh air temperaute is higher than set parameter, need to start two-way valve at suface cooling coil pump to make sure that temperature after pre-heating coils maintain 151. B (根据新风温度传感器判断是开启预热盘管,还是表冷盘管)DDC控制器(制冷模式):根据新风温度传感器测到的信号和设定参数(14可修改)相比较,当新风温度高于设定参数时开启表冷盘管上电动二通阀门,使表冷盘管后的温度维持在151。当电动阀门开启时盘管泵开始运行;C air supply control: DDC will control electric two-way valve opening degree installed at heating coil according to air supply temperature to make sure supplied air at a certain range of scope; 送风温度控制:DDC控制器根据送风温度,控制加热盘管上的电动二通阀门的开度,使送风温度达到设定范围(送风温度设定参数由TEST CELL提供),当电动阀门开启时盘管泵开始运行。Humidity control湿度控制:Humidification control: values already set will compare with signals detected by fresh air humidity sensor; when fresh air humidity is less than set values, need to start electric two-way valves installed at humidity coil to make sure that air supplied humidity is set at a certain scope;加湿控制: 根据新风温度湿度传感器测到的信号和设定参数(50%可修改)相比较,当新风湿度低于设定参数时开启加湿度盘管上电动二通阀门,使新风湿度维持在设定范围.Humidity control湿度控制:De-humidity control: values already set shall compare with signals detected by fresh air humidity sensor; when fresh air humidity is higher than set parameter, then need to adjust surface cooling installed electric two-way valves to make sure air supplied is within a certain scope; 除湿控制: 根据新风湿度传感器测到的信号和设定参数(50%可修改)相比较,当新风湿度高于设定参数时调节表冷盘管上电动二通阀门,使新风湿度维持在设定范围.(当温度信号和湿度信号相冲突时湿度优先)Pressure monitor/压力监测:BMS shall monitor pressure signals for air supply ducts according to pressure sensors installed; BMS根据送风管的压力传感器监测送风管的压力信号。Monitor filter net/过滤网状态监察BA shall monitor pressure differential before and after filters by means of pressure switch. When pressure differential exceeds values already set, BA shall then send alarms in forms of sound and light to warn workers to clean up filters. BA system shall also record everything for future check-up; BA 系统通过压差开关,监测过滤网的前后压差。 当压差超过压差开关的预设值(在压差开关上可调),BA 系统会以声光报警形式在操作站上显示,以提醒操作人员安排有关人员做滤网清洗工作。而 BA 系统也会将有关的事项一一记录,以作日后检查之用。Interlocking/联锁控制Start-stop sequence/开机-关机顺序联锁:Interlocking between air supply fan, valve, damper and coil pump: when opening AHU, first start fresh air damper and then fans; electric valves are only opened upon receipt of fan operation signals; when valves start operation, coil pump shall start operation; when fresh air temperature is lower than 3, need to start pre-heating coil pump, surface cooling coil pump and re-heating coil pump; when fan status is in conflict with fresh air temperature, fresh air temperature shall take lead in starting pre-heating coil pumps; 设置送风机、水阀、风阀、盘管泵的联锁:开启空调机时,先开新风阀门再延时打开风机;接收到风机运行状态信号后才能打开电动水阀,当水阀门开启时盘管泵开始运行;关机时则相反,当风机关闭时,新风阀门也随之关闭.当新风温度低于3时开启预热盘管泵,表冷盘管泵,再热盘管泵开启,当风机状态和新风温度相冲突时,新风温度优先开启预热盘管泵。Fire interlocking/消防联锁:DDC shall automatically stop fans upon receipt of fire damper signals and AHU will stop accordingly; 当DDC控制器接受到防火阀的报警信号时自动切断风机,空调箱暂停工作。Low temperature stop interlocking/低温关断联锁:When air supplied is less than 3, fan will automatically stop and AHU stop accordingly.
