生产工艺全过程的质量保证措施1、 技术和工艺保证：我公司的钢管生产和检验工艺流程是按照APL5L和GB/T9711的要求布置的，并按更高一级的输气管线标准进行了技术改造，从制管和检验两个方面都具备了生产优质输送钢管的能力。在每批钢管试生产前，我们都按标准要求进行严格的工艺试验和评定，根据评定结果，通过优选来确定钢管生产的技术参数，保证生产出优质产品。然后根据公司制定的工艺流程分解到生产、检验的各个岗位，订出各岗位的工艺参数及操作方法，以指导生产。在钢管生产过程中，我们对工艺纪律的执行进行严格的监督检查，对发现问题及时采取纠正和预防措施，并按公司质量考核制度进行考核，以确保严格执行工艺纪律，保证产品质量。2、 检验保证：我公司设立了专职检验机构，负责从原料的入厂到产品入库全过程的质量检验。我公司生产的钢管在检验方面都进行了100%内焊缝检验，100%X射线检验（管端不存在盲区）；100%水压试验（水压检验采用端面密封，管端盲区减小到最小）；100%外观检验（包括内外焊缝及母材表面）。我公司实验室配备了先进的检验设备，如进口司派克直读光谱仪、数显拉伸试验机等，可对产品进行精确的化学分析和机械性能试验；在线超声波自动探伤装置与X射线工业控伤装置，可对产品进行100%的无损检验。水压试验自动记录仪可保证对每根钢管按规定压力、时间进行试压和保压。产品各项检验过程都有责任工程师进行技术负责和指导，所有的检验人员都进行过专业技术培训，无损人员持有无损检测等级证书。从人员到设备，均可保证对产品按标准严格进行质量检测，确保出厂产品质量符合标准要求。3、 质量体系保证：我公司积极推行全面质量管理，按GB/T9001-ISO9001和美国石油协会API Q1标准建立了质量体系。从总经理到各部门负责人直到每个生产工人都置身于质保体系中。在公司的质量手册中，对管理职责、质量体系、采购、过程控制、检验与试验等二十多个过程都进行严格控制，并作了明确规定，做到每个质量活动都按照所规定的的程序进行，每个工作岗位按所制订的工作标准进行。在质量管理上采取以预防为主和检验把关相结合的原则，既重视并采取预防性措施以避免问题的发生，又不忽视对一旦发生的问题及时做出反应，加以纠正。公司有组织有计划地安排各级人员的培训工作，对各项质量活动人员，根据其教育、培训和考核情况，按发布的任职资格条件，进行胜任、持证上岗，并发给资格证书。我公司已通过GB/T9001-ISO9001质量体系认证，并保证质量体系的有效运行，确保产品质量符合标准要求。在生产检验过程中，严格检验把关、记录，实行一根钢管一张传票的跟踪控制，使整个生产过程的检验记录具有很好的可追溯性。Measures for Quality Assurance During the Whole Process of Production Technics 1.
