Show some objects to students.2.Then lead students to talk about their materials.3.Lead in the sentences: is made of(设计目的:以学生比较熟悉的实物展示出来,调动他们学习的欲望,自然感受到新结构:is made of,从而自然引出本节课重点。)Step Presentation1.Go on showing some daily things and learn new words . 2.Have them try to use the following sentences to make a dialogue.(设计目的:本节课单词主要以表物质、材料的名词为主,因而在展示结构,让学生熟悉结构的同时,将重点单词一并呈现,提高学习生词的效率,同时也能体现出词不离句的教学思想。) Step Pair worksThen let students make a simple dialogue with some things like this:A:What is this? Then have them show some.(设计目的:学生在反复熟悉必备词汇、句式之后,完全可以用学到的新知做简单的模仿对话,由简单的输入到实际操练。)Step Listening practice(1b)1. Ask the students to read the pictures on page33 first.2. Listen to the tape. 3. Listen and watch the dialogue, then finish 1b and check the answers. (设计目的:学生在积累了大量的词汇后,基本为听力练习扫清了障碍,在先说的基础上再听、播放视频再熟悉则更好,效果更佳,学生易于接受。)Step V Conversations.According to the listening , have them make a new dialogue like this with the objects:A:What is this?B:Its a A:What is the . made of?B: Its made of . .A: Where was it made?B: It was made in . .Have students show them.(设计目的:本部分我将1c进行了改编,以1b为基础,对基础对话再进行拓展,引出询问地点的句子,这样学生的语言积累再次提升。)Step VI Comparing1.Take out the little bread , then have students talk about their materials. Pay attention to “be made of”,“be made from”.2.Then take out the mask, tell students “The mask is made of paper and it was made by my daughter.”Step VII Language points Tell students the usages of “be made of, be made from, be made in, be made into , be made by”.(设计目的:对易混淆的知识点做出解释,让学生抓住要点。)Step VIIIExercise Finish some practice with some adjectives.Finish some right words complete sentences.(设计目的:通过习题,让学生对本节课的重难点知识再突破、巩固,达到有效上课的目的。)Step IX SummaryIn this class, weve learned some useful words, such as chopstick,coin,fork, blouse, silver ,cotton, steel, produceLearn some expressions . 3.Learn What is the made of? The ending words:In our daily lives , there are lots of used materials ,please dont waste them. We should learn how to make them become useful things, make them be the best materials.
