guideline to prepare neutralization tank of plating machine and dosing tank 3.0 职责/Responsibility电镀、制程、实验室人员有责任遵守本程序。环保部门全体人员有责任执行本程序。 It is the responsibility for Plating, Process and Lab section to apron7.1.7循环混和溶液Mix and circle the chemical liquid打开配制泵混和溶液Switch on make up pump for mixing先摘掉沾有药品的手套，再开启配制槽泵First pick off the rubber gloves which touched chemical, then turn on the make up pump7.1.8通知分析溶液浓度Inform laboratory section to collect sample 通知实验室人员取出溶液样品检测硫酸浓度Inform laboratory section to collect sample to analysis Sulfuric acid concentration进入电镀车间，戴上活性炭纸面罩Enter into the plating Section ,wear active carper face mask7.1.9分析结果Analysis result:如果分析结果为目标值，将分析数据记在集中溶液控制系统配药表Record the result data on the CSCS MAKE UP RECORD form ,if the analysis data meet the targetN.A7.1.9.1如果浓度低于目标值：Incase of concentration is less than target:N.A实验室需计算增加的硫酸量并通知环保科加入硫酸Laboratory need calculate the added sulfuric acid quantity and inform environment add H2SO4 into make up tankN.A7.1.9.2如果浓度高于控制范围Incase of concentration is high than control range:N.A实验室需计算增加的去离子水量并通知环保科加入去离子水Laboratory need calculate the added DI water quantity and inform environment add DI water into make up tankN.A7.1.9.3重新循环混和溶液turn on Make up pump for mixing again.打开配制泵混和溶液Switch on make up pump for mixing先摘掉沾有药品的手套，再开启配制槽泵First pick off the rubber gloves which touched chemical, then turn on the make up pump7.1.9.4通知分析溶液浓度Inform laboratory section to collect sample通知实验室人员重新取出溶液样品检测硫酸浓度Inform laboratory section to collect new sample to analysis sulfuric acid concentration进入电镀车间，戴上活性炭纸面罩Entrance to the plating section ,wear active carper face mask7.1.10重复做步骤7.1.9follow as 7.1.9N.A直到浓度符合目标值，或者虽然高于目标值，但又在控制范围内Follow as 7.1.9until the concentration fit target or the concentration is in control range although it is high than targetN.A7.1.11记录分析结果Record the last Nalysised result data记录数据于集中溶液控制系统配药表(FRENV011)Record the data in form: CSCS MAKE UP RECORD (FRENV011)N.A7.1.12开启阀门Open the valves打开阀门V9-1(全开)、V9-2(全开)、V9-5(半开)和V9-3(全开)Turn on valves V9-1(fully open) , V9-2(fully open) , V9-5 (half open) and V9-3 (fully open)佩戴全面罩，橡胶手套，穿围裙Wearing the full face piece mask ,the rubber gloves and the apron7.1.13关闭阀门Close the valves关闭阀门V8-2。Turn off valve V8-2佩戴全面罩，橡胶手套，穿围裙Wearing the full face piece mask ,the rubber gloves and the apron7.1.14通知电镀Inform plating section 技术员或电镀主任 need inform foreman or supervisor进入电镀车间，戴上活性炭纸面罩Enter into the plating section, wear active carper face mask7.1.15往电镀输送溶液 supply the liquid from CSCS to plating machines打开传送泵将溶液抽送到电镀机中和turn on the make up pump supplying the chemical liquid to transfer solution to Neutralization tank in plating machine先摘掉沾有药品的手套，再开启配制槽泵First pick off the rubber gloves which
