R. ChinaMay, 2008 AbstractA heat pipe is accessory which relying on its change of the internal liquid phase toachieve the heat exchange. It works with advantages like high coefficient of heat exchange,uniform temperature distribution, rapid thermal response to change, compact structure andenergy saving. This paper meet the development requirements of solar energy technology,through the study on heat exchange mechanism of heat pipe, using a computer model basedmethod on product to design the heat pipe which used in solar air-conditioning system.Heat pipe works with high efficiency of heat exchangein the process of design, we givefull consideration to factors such as the choice of liquidthermal and structural parametersand material selection.This paper studies on discussing the factors which influence of thethermal properties thorough the simulation of heat pipe working process, and analyzes themain factors on the efficiency of the heat pipe which providing a theoretical basis for designWe optimized the structure parameters in the process of structural design of pipe. With allfactors considered comprehensively, the paper giving the design of a bran-new heat pipewhich can be used in solar air-condition.This paper combines the sunlight and heat pipe device to design a new type of solarair-condition with aimed at resolving the current consumption of tradition resources whichpollute the environment and other issues. The new design of solar air-conditioning system willtrack the sun accuracy through using Fresnel lens and highly efficient heat pipe as a collectorand lithium bromide absorption refrigeration as the heat transfer components.
