职业规划需要哪四步 一、环境分析1、社会环境分析中国政治稳定,经济持续发展。在全球经济一体化环境中的重要角色。经济发展有强劲的势头,加入WTO后,会有大批的外国企业进入中国市场,中国的企业也将走出国门。目前社会对于通信类人才需要还是比较大的,特别是我国的通信技术还不是很先进的情况下,具有一定能力的高水平毕业生一定会得到企业的青睐。所以说在校加强通信方面的专业知识学习,会在就业时有一定的专业优势。2、职业环境分析(1)行业分析(IT):二十一世纪进入信息时代,席卷全球的信息科技给人类的生产和生活方式带来了深刻的变革,信息产业已成为推动国家经济发展的主导产业之一,人们对电子产品的要求高,首先是产品的质量好,服务到位。所以在电器销售行业,取得消费者的信任是至关重要的,当今没有多少企业是在真正的做“服务”,从营销观念的角度出发,连市场营销的观念没有达到,当今电器产品营销服务人才的机会很多。2)职业分析 当今的消费者有关电子的消费知识在增长,挑选的余地也很大,仅仅能说会道、热情周到的服务已远远不能如早期一样获得消费者的信任。应该如何进行市场的开拓,培养重视的客户?所以,将专业知识与营销技巧结合,成为我的选择。二、认识自我1、职业兴趣分析为了进一步认清我属于何种类型的人,初步确定个人今后未来数年内更适宜从事的工作岗位究竟是什么,经理人网编辑选择了霍兰德职业倾向测验量表,并对其中的相关内容进行了认真的填答,从而初步得出了自己的未来职业取向。以下为测验的结果:心目中的理想职业:公务员、科技工作者、感兴趣的职业活动排序:R型、I型、S型、E型、A型、C型由此可知,我的职业兴趣类型为RIS。2、职业能力倾向分析霍兰德职业倾向测验量表的结果还表明,我所擅长或胜任的活动的顺序为:R型、S型、I型、E型、C型、A型。由此可知,我的职业能力倾向类型为RSI。职业兴趣分析和职业能力倾向分析的结果表明,我对R(实际型)的工作充满兴趣,也有这方面的能力。R(实际型)的工作主要有:操作X光的技师、工程师、飞机机械师、自动化技师、机械工电工、无线电修理、修理机器、电器师。3、性格分析我的性格偏内向,喜欢独立思考,能够将注意力长久的集中在一种事物上,坐的住。同学对我的评价是:做事仔细认真、踏实、有责任心,具有锲而不舍的精神,考虑问题比较全面,待人也比较友善,团队协作精神比较强。结合本人的专业背景和发展意愿,我比较适合在我的专业上朝纵深方向发展,成为计算机技术类高级人才。三、求职计划(1)学位证书、资格证书,是我们求职的敲门砖,是一个公司招聘人才的首要条件,因此,我们要在大学生期间,拿到相关的证书。(2)公司招聘人才看的不仅是文凭和证书,更多的是注重的个人的能力与素质,所以,我们在大学期间学习的同时,还在注重的是个人素质的提高和能力的培养。(3)对于刚毕业的大学生来说,经验的缺乏是一个很突出的问题,要想在众多应聘者中脱颖而出,就要在变方面占优势才行,所以,我们还要在大学生活中积累更多的工作经验,这一方面可以通过兼职来实现,但在其过程中,要懂得总结经验。(4)一定要在大四之前把简历制好,留下更多的的时间来找工作。(5)要时刻关注招聘信息,积级参加招聘活动,在公司选择我们的同时也选择一个适合自己的公司。四、职业目标与选择职务目标: 企业高级计算机人员第一至第二年 到网络公司去锻炼自己,注重知识实践能力的培养,提高素质第三年至第五年 通过不断学习到更好学习技术发展自己以自己原有的实力和不断积累的知识和经验,寻求更高层次的发展 终生学习。积极参加实践活动,提高动手能力和实践能力;参加培训,考证并掌握有关的扎实的基础知识;锻炼口语与交际能力,表达能力;掌握扎实的基础知识和精深的专业知识What are the four steps to occupation planningA, environmental analysisAnalysis of 1, social environmentChinas political stability, sustained economic development.
