摘 要:本设计首先分析了固定板塑件的工艺特点,文中介绍了电脑壳体固定板塑件注塑成型模具设计要点及模具的工作过程。重点说明了电话机面板塑件结构的设计包括分析和阐述了电话机面板塑件的壁厚选择及工艺特点。该模具采用一模四腔、侧浇口、三板模、模外定距分型、定模限位顶出,并针对塑件的工艺特点进行模具的设计包括模具型腔数目的确定,注塑机的选择,模具分型面、冷却系统、浇注系统、分型机构等的设计过程。还对注塑模具成型零件工作尺寸的计算并介绍了模具的主要零件加工工艺及模具的装配工艺。该模具结构紧凑,工作可靠,操作方便,生产效率高等。关键词:三板模;直接浇口;模外定距分型;定模限位顶出;模具结构Abstract: The injection technological characteristics of faceplate and analyzed, and the design main points and working process are also introduced. The design method of Telephone faceplate plastic structure is mainly introduced .The mould is two-cavity and feature the direct gate, three-plate mold, mold ranging parting, restricted ejector of fixed-die, The selection of the sidewall thickness, the decision of the mold cavity number, the selection of injection machine, and the designing process of the parting plane, the exhaust system, cool material cave and pin gate are stated. The design structure characteristics of Telephone faceplate and parting plane with pin gate style, and side core-drawing structure. Analysis of the calculating the working dimensions of the forming parts of injection mold and the conventional manufacturing processes of the main parts of the injection mold . The mold is compact in construction, easy and reliable in operation ,high efficiency in production and keeps the tolerance of part been accurate.Key words: Three-plate mold;Directed gate;Mold ranging parting;Restricted ejector of fixed-die;Mold structure摘 要:本文详细介绍了电脑壳体固定板注塑模的设计过程。首先分析原始资料,然后确定分型面和型腔排列方式,对成型零件、型腔数目、型腔壁厚、加热和冷却等进行了计算,最后对注塑机进行校核。本设计介绍了中等复杂程度注射模具的设计过程,并对塑件进行了模流分析,在分析数据的基础上再对模具设计进行优化和改进,提高了模具设计的质量,缩短了设计时间。关键词:注塑模设计 注射成型 模流分析 Abstract: This paper was detailed to introduce a design process of pipe frame injection mold. First to analysis original data, then decide the divide surface of cavity and the arrange way of mold cavity , designing the side take out core outfit and guide runner and slide block , still carried on the calculation towards modeling part, cavity deep and thick, hot up and cooling, at last ,check the data of injection molding machine. This design introduces the design process of a middle complexity injection mold, and take the molding part for a mold flow analysis , on the foundation of the analysis data, optimize and improve the molding design so that to increase the quality of
