投诉信 (Letter of Complaint)一、 投诉信即在日常生活中或商务活动中对所遇到的困扰,恶劣的服务态度,劣质的产品等向对方或有关单位提出投诉,抗议和改进的建议。二、 投诉信包括以下三个部分:1. 开头:自我介绍,说明投诉对象及内容,表明本信的目的和要求。常用的表达法有:I am writing to you aboutwhich I received/boughtI am going to complain aboutI am sorry to have to return with this letterwhich I received/bought2. 正文:说明情况,讲清厉害,分析利弊。告诉对方你因此受到的伤害或不便,提出解决问题的建议,表明希望如何处理。常用的表达法有“When we checked, we noticedWhen I took out of the bag and examined closely, I foundWhen I unpacked and tried to use it, it did not work.In view of the inconvenience that it has caused, I feel you shouldIf you cant give me a satisfactory answer, I will complain it to the Consumer Association.3. 结尾:表达希望问题得到快速恰当解决的强烈愿望,希望尽快得到满意的答复。4. 常用的表达法有:Please let me know what you intent to do in this matter. I am returning under separated post and look forward to receiving a full refund of Hope you will improveI sincerely hope such things will never take place again.三、范例模板 DateDear _,I am _(自我介绍).
