固定资产论文：固定资产管理信息系统设计与实现【中文摘要】21世纪以来,企业经营环境发生了重大变革。计算机软硬件和网络技术发展日新月异,以互联网为核心的数字通信技术突飞猛进。技术上的这些变革直接影响着信息的生产、存储、传播和再利用的方式,使工作效率大为改进。随着计算机技术的快速发展,信息技术在管理上越来越深入而广泛的应用,管理信息系统的实施在技术上已经逐步成熟,企业要生存要发展,要高效率地把企业活动有机地组织起来,就必须加强企业管理,即加强企业内部的各种资源的有效管理,建立与自身特点相适应的管理信息系统。资产是企业效益的源泉。固定资产作为企业的重要资产,是企业生产经营活动的物质基础和必要条件。加强固定资产的管理,充分发挥固定资产的效用,能够给企业带来巨大的经济效益,有利于企业的稳健发展。固定资产管理信息系统的分析与设计,对于企业固定资产的管理与维护,乃至企业的运营发展具有重要的现实意义。本文首先根据国内外固定资产以及管理信息系统的基本理论,对固定资产管理信息系统进行了系统分析;然后根据系统的目标和需求,对系统进行了系统规划和总体设计,做出了系统的流程图和功能结构图,并对系统的各个部分进行了详细设计;最后,利用计算机技术,实现上述对系统各方面的设计并对系统的维护提出切实可行的措施。【英文摘要】From 21st century, the management environment of enterprises changes greatly. Computer software and hardware and network technology have been developing rapidly, and with the Internet as the core, the digital communication technology advances by leaps and bounds. These technical changes affect the way of informations production, storage, dissemination and recycle directly so that work efficiency is greatly improved. With the rapid development of computer technology, information technology is used in management activities more and more deeply and widely, and the implementation of MIS has gradually matured technically. If an enterprise wants to survive and develop, it must enhance enterprise management. In other words, it must reinforce the enterprises internal management of various resources effectively and establish the MIS in line with its own characteristics.Assets are the source of an enterprises benefit. As the enterprises important assets, fixed assets are material foundation and necessary condition of an enterprises manufacture and management activity. It can bring an enterprise great economic benefit and is beneficial to its steady development to strengthen the management of fixed assets and to give full play to the utility of fixed assets. The analysis and design of fixed assets management information system has important practical significance for the management and maintenance of an enterprises fixed assets, as well as its operation and development.Firstly, the author analyses the system of fixed assets MIS according to the domestic and international basic theories of fixed assets and MIS. Then, this thesis plans the system and makes the overall design with system flow chart and function structure diagram, and makes a detailed design of every part of the system.
