制冷工艺设计第一章 制冷系统第一节 制冷系统概述试计算广州七号教学楼第1.2层实验室夏季的空调计算负荷已知条件:(1)实验室平面尺寸如图所示,层高为3100mm。(2)西外墙:外墙构造如下: 水泥砂浆;砖墙,=370mm;白灰粉刷;属于型,传热系数K=1.50W/(m2K)。(3)外窗:单层窗,3mm厚普通玻璃钢窗; 80%玻璃;无窗帘,窗高1800mm。(4)内墙:邻室包括走廊,均与实验室的温度相同。(5)假设进入105的人数都为50人,107.109.206.209.210.211的为5人,实验时间为60分钟。(6)室内压力稍高于室外大气压力。(7)由于该层房间属于实验室,实验时间都在白天,照明设备的散热可以忽略;人员在内的时间也很短暂,因此人员散热的冷负荷也可忽略。(8)空调设计运行时间12小时。(9)广州市室外气象条件: 1)北纬2303 2)东经11319 3 )海拔6.6m 4)大气压力:夏季1019.5hpa,冬季1004.5hpa 5)室外空气计算参数,夏季:空调室外计算干球温度33.5 C,空调室外计算湿球温度27.7 C。(10)实验室计算参数:夏季:室内空气干球温度26C,室内空气相对湿度65%;新风量:30m3/(人h)。第二节 制冷系统方案确定 计算沈阳某实验楼第五层实验室夏季的空调计算负荷,建议采用风机盘管加新风系统方案。新风经除湿(非冷却除湿)后承担室内湿负荷,风机盘管承担室内显热冷负荷。新风与用1518 C冷冻水冷却的盐溶液(如氯化锂溶液)直接接触,实现对新风冷却去湿处理,使新风处理后的含湿量小于室内含湿量,温度降到室内温度;风机盘管也采用1518 C冷冻水对室内空气进行冷却(承担室内显热冷负荷)。这种方案的特点,是风机盘管与新风分别对室内的温度和湿度进行独立控制。 第二章制冷负荷计算
