出国留学应该准备的 七月,留学生即将远行了。行前须做好外汇以及小件物件的准备。理财周报记者咨询了启德教育以及相关国家的留学服务中心,提供一些小提醒,能让你异国他乡减少许多麻烦。 赴英行前准备 如何换购和携带外汇： 根据外汇管理局的最近规定,每人每年购汇的金额在等值5万美元（含5万美元）以下的不需要通过外汇管理局审批,携带身份证作为证明材料。留学所需学费可以直接电汇往境外学校帐户或持汇票、旅行支票、信用卡等携出境外；生活费可以提取部分外币现钞,其余部分须汇往境外个人账户或持汇票、旅行支票、信用卡等携出。 记住在办理购汇之前,与办理业务的银行先联系预约（是否有该项业务是否有足够的外汇,有时候需要提前两三天预约）。特别提醒,如果学生到英国后才开账户,自己最好携带10002000英镑以备到英国后的第一个月使用,因为账户往往需两到三周才顺利开通。 换购外汇需准备的材料：a填写完整的居民处境购汇单（购汇时在银行柜台填写）；b已办好英国学生签证的有效护照；c明确写明姓名及攻读何种课程的录取通知书；d由英国学校出具的写明姓名的费用通知单；e.本人户口本及身份证。 赴英行李清单： 英国人穿着比较随意,但要准备一两套正式的礼服出席一些重要场合：男生准备西装、女士晚礼服、衬衫、皮鞋；鞋建议带两对,运动鞋与皮鞋各一。床单被单等绵纺品可带（但要考虑行李托运上限）也可不带,有些学校已配备,如果没有到超市和商场购买也较方便。 1寸和2寸的护照照片多张,以便到英国办理学生证、乘车证等等。转换插头三真的不掉线吗？、？个左右（英制为T型三脚）和插板； 5号和7号电池若干,充电器；足够一个星期用的日用品,包括牙膏、牙刷、沐浴和洗发用品；雨伞一把；电子辞典和英汉对照字典；CD、上网线、储存设备等等。 特别提醒,在英国买文具较贵,可适当带。建议带小电饭煲,因为英国用锅炉煮食,加热往往较慢,中国学生用电饭煲煮饭蒸菜,适合口味又省时省电,非常好用。 赴法行前准备 出境需带费用 生活费：生活费用50007000欧元左右,其中3000或者更多欧元开具汇票随身携带（此款到时存入银行,便于银行开具存款证明,办居留证所需）,收款人写学生本人姓名。另需准备2000欧元现金随身携带,放在贴身的内衣里。学生刚到法国是要交住房押金和房租,还要购买一些生活用品,因此学生要带2000欧的现金做为生活费用。 学费：各学校学费各国不一。交给学校的学费,必须要开具汇票自带。李伟豪顾问提醒,法国大学一般学费不收现金,只收汇票,并且要求学费汇票上的金额不能有分毫差错。一旦金额多于或少于应交的学费,学校会拒收汇票。学生需特别注意：一定要到国内的中国银行(4.06,0.02,0.50%,吧)办理汇票,并且是开到中国银行巴黎分行解汇,绝对不能从法兰克福或其他银行转；汇票上的金额要与学校的学费（含注册费及保险费）金额一致,收款人一定要写法国大学的名字财务部收,用法文写, 不要写学生自己的名字,否则汇票要先到学生自己的账户中解汇后,再转钱到学校,这样会耽搁学生的注册时间,从而延误申请办长居的时间,损失住房补贴。 离境前需带的材料： 携带齐出入境文件,离境前要检查确认是否带齐和备份文件。需携带的出入境文件,包括学生签证时所用的公证材料原件、护照、住房证明、录取通知书（原件）、出生公证（须是法文）及法国使馆写给法国海关和移民局的学生入境批准信原件。启德教育亚欧留学顾问李伟豪提醒学生将以上材料复印6套,出境时随身携带1套原件,留1套复印件在家中,以防学生所带材料丢失时备用,另外5套复印件可随行李托运。此外还需要带机票,入境登记和海关申报单（在飞机上填写）。 赴澳行前准备 出国前：记得去体检换外汇 据介绍,赴澳出境最多可携带1万澳元。除了在离境前准备好外汇,也要懂得如何带“钱”出国也很重要。主要有两种方法：第一,银行汇票。去银行以学生的名义开一张银行汇票及一些旅行支票,到了留学国后,尽快在所在地银行开立真的不掉线吗？、？学生账户,然后将汇票存进去。第二,离境前委托一些可办理银行开户服务的留学服务机构代办。账户开立后,学生在收到电话后马上能在国内使用该账户转账或存款。学生可选择在入境前汇入在澳洲的学费及生活费。这样,学生一入境澳洲就可以使用账户中的款项；也可以选择入境后,学生拿到账户资料后,再将携带的现金和汇票存入已开设的账户。 此外,还要准备少量的现金以备即时之需,如从机场搭乘大巴到目的地等。 如果学生选择到达澳洲后才开账户,启德教育澳洲顾问徐月华提醒学生必须亲自带上足够证明个人身份的证件,因为这样才可被银行受理。个人身份证件包括护照或驾驶执照等基本证件。初到澳大利亚,在抵澳的6个星期内去开立银行账户,需提供护照及有效的住址证明即可。一般大约在开户后的两星期内银行会把储蓄卡和账号寄到学生的住处。 离境前需带的学习用品： 书籍。可先跟学校或导师联系索取读书清单,了解所需要用到的书目；买二手书可以大大节约书本费。文具,其实大部分和国外差不多,比如1.资料袋；2.记事本；3.其他纸张；4.铅笔要带；5.尺子；6.固体胶；7.回形针；8.订书机；订书钉；9.橡皮；10.图钉；11.透明胶； 13.裁纸刀； 14.剪刀；1 15.圆珠笔； 16.计算器 17.电子辞典和备用眼镜至少2副。 箱包：作书包用的背包。尤其电子辞典非常有帮助,方便携带（备用电池）；学校考试允许字典但不能是电子辞典。 编辑：启德教育 真的不掉线吗？、？常用的英语接待口语，不管你进不进外企都一定要看看May I have your name, please?请问您贵姓？What pany are you from?您是哪个公司的？Could you tell me what pany you are representing?能告诉我您代表什么公司吗？如果碰到了老朋友可以说：What brings you here?是什么风把你吹来了？询问是否预约，来访目的？Do you have an appointment?约好了吗？Would you give me your business card?请给我您的名片好吗？And can I ask what you wish to see him about?我能问一下您要见他有何事吗？让客人稍候片刻：Ill see if he is available.请让我看看上司是否方便。Would you please have a seat and wait for a few moments.请您坐下稍等片刻。给客人倒茶，礼貌待客：Would you like coffee or tea?
