杨凌论文：杨凌农业企业技术创新能力评价研究【中文摘要】科技创新是提高企业核心竞争力的关键,尤其对我国仍处于弱势地位的农业企业来说,要想在越来越激烈的市场竞争中站得住脚,就必须不断加强技术创新,提高自身的核心竞争力。目前,国内外技术创新能力的研究多集中于中小企业或高新科技企业,针对农业企业的较少。杨凌农业产业示范区集聚了我国很多有实力的农业企业,这些农业企业的技术创新对我国其他地区的农业企业有很大的示范和借鉴作用。因此,对杨凌农业企业技术创新能力评价研究具有很大的意义。一方面有助于农业企业的管理者和决策者分析其技术创新现状和明确今后技术创新努力的方向;另一方面有助于政府为农业企业创造良好的技术创新环境提供参考依据。本文第一章对国内外企业技术创新能力的相关理论研究成果进行了梳理,主要概括为技术创新能力含义、技术创新评价指标体系以及评价方法三个方面。这些是本文农业企业技术创新能力指标体系建立和评价方法选择的基础。第二章对企业技术创新能力评价研究的理论基础进行了探讨,包括技术创新理论、企业技术创新动力理论、企业技术创新过程理论、企业技术创新激励理论等。第三章首先对农业企业概念进行了界定,概括了农业企业技术创新的特点;其次从产业资源、政府政策、人才资源、科研技术四个方面对杨凌技术创新环境进行了分析;然后介绍了杨凌农业企业发展状况、技术创新整体状况,并基于杨凌农业企业和示范区政府的调查,对杨凌农业企业技术创新存在的问题进行了分析。第四章是论文研究的主体部分,首先结合技术创新能力相关理论及杨凌农业企业技术创新状况,建立了一套技术创新能力评价指标体系,并选用密切值法作为杨凌农业企业技术创新能力评价的主要方法。然后根据对杨凌农业企业技术创新现状和相关指标的实地调查分析,以杨凌十家农业企业为例进行了技术创新能力评价。第五章针对杨凌农业企业技术创新存在的问题,为杨凌农业企业和政府提出了可行性的对策和建议:明确农业企业技术创新的主导地位;改善金融投资体系,加大技术创新投入;健全技术创新激励机制;建立技术创新信息网络;完善农业企业创新环境等。【英文摘要】Technological innovation is the key to improve enterprisescore competitiveness, in particular for the agricultural enterprises in China which is still in a weak position. To get more competitive in the market, they must continue to strengthen technological innovation and improve their core competitiveness. At present, domestic and international research on technological innovation mostly focused on small and medium-sized enterprises or high-tech enterprises, few on agricultural enterprises. Yangling Demonstration Zone of Agricultural Industrialization has gathered many powerful agricultural enterprises in China. The technological innovation of these enterprises has great reference to the agricultural enterprises in other parts of China. Therefore, the study on evaluation of technological innovation capability of agricultural enterprises in Yangling has great significance. The research on agricultural enterprises in Yangling can contribute to analyze the situation of technological innovation and clear the direction of future efforts in technological innovation for agricultural enterprise managers and decision makers on one hand; On the other hand, the text can provide references for the government to create a better environment for agricultural enterprisestechnological innovation.Chaptersunscrambles the theories and research on technological innovation capability of enterprises at home and abroad. The text summarizes in three aspects: the meaning of technological innovation, index system of evaluation on technological innovation capability and evaluation method. This is the basis of the text to establish the index system of evaluation on technological innovation capability for agricultural enterprise and choose evaluation method. Chapterdiscusses theoretical basis of evaluation of enterprisestechnological innovation capability, including technological innovation theory, kinetic theory technological innovation, process theory of technological innovation, incentive theory of technological innovation.Chapterfirst defines the concept of agricultural enterprises, summarizes the characteristics of agricultural enterprisestechnological innovation; Second, analyzes the technological innovation environment of Yangling from four aspects: industrial resources, government policies, human resources, scientific research and technological innovation; Then introduces the development of Yangling agricultural enterprises, overall situation of technological innovation, and analyzes the existing problems of Yangling agricultural enterprisestechnological innovation based on investigation of agricultural enterprises and the government in Yangling Demonstration Zone.Chapteris the main part of the text. First, based on related theory and the situation of Yangling agricultural enterprisestechnological innovation, the text sets up an index system of evaluation on technological innovation capability, and applies osculating value method to evaluate the technological innovation capability of the agricultural enterprises.
