蓄热式热氧化器(RTO)概述蓄热式热氧化器(Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer,以下简称为RTO),是在热氧化装置中加入蓄热式交换器,预热VOC废气,在进行氧化反应。随着蓄热材料的发展,目前蓄热式热交换器的热回收率已经达到95%以上,而且占用空间越来越小。这样辅助燃烧的消耗很少(甚至不用辅助燃烧,且当VOC的浓度达到一定值以上时,还可以从RTO输出热量)。同时,由于目前的蓄热材料都选用陶瓷填料,所以可处理的腐蚀性或含有颗粒物的VOC废气。RTO的特点 这是一种新型的去除已挥发性有机物(VOCs)设备,在高温下将有机组份氧化分解为CO2和水,使用旋转翼替代了传统设备中众多的阀门以及复杂的液压设备。有机物去除率可以达到99%以上,热回收率达到95-97%。在工业生产过程中,排放的有机尾气通过引风机进入设备的旋转轴中央,通过选转翼将进口气体和出口气体完全分开。气体通过结构陶瓷时发生热量的储备和热交换(RTO系统气体在进入燃烧区前在催化剂区域发生氧化反应),气体进入燃烧区借助VOCs氧化产生的热量或者外部燃料的能量达到设定的温度。气体从燃烧区出来,气体所带的热量释放出来并储存于吸热区,净化后的气体通过旋转翼排放。系统连续运转、自动切换吸热区和放热区。工艺流程设备优点操作费用低,超低燃料费。有机废气浓度在450PPM以上时,RTO装置不需要添加辅助燃料净化率高,两床式RTO净化率98%以上。不产生NOx等二次污染全自动控制、操作简单安全性高稳定性高适用行业化工、石化、医药、涂装、电气、电子元件、印刷、罐装车、橡胶、纤维、人造革、干洗、酿造等 Regenerative Thermal Oxidizers (RTOs) One of todays most widely accepted air pollution control technologies across industry is a regenerative thermal oxidizer, commonly referred to as a RTO. They are very versatile and extremely efficient heat recovery efficiency can reach 95%. This is achieved through the storage of heat by dense ceramic stoneware. In some applications, the use of catalyst with the ceramic media helps allow oxidation at reduced temperatures resulting in even lower operating costs. The Anguil system achieves VOC destruction through the process of high temperature thermal oxidation, converting the VOCs to carbon dioxide and water vapor, recycling released energy to reduce operating costs.How the Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer WorksProcess gas with VOC contaminants enters the Twin Bed RTO through an inlet manifold. A flow control valve directs this gas into an energy recovery chamber which preheats the process stream. The process gas and contaminants are progressively heated in the stoneware bed as they move toward the combustion chamber.The VOCs are then oxidized, releasing energy in the second stoneware bed, thereby reducing any auxiliary fuel requirement. The stoneware bed is heated and the gas is cooled so that the outlet gas temperature is only slightly higher than the inlet temperature. The flow control valve switches and alternates the stoneware beds so each is in inlet and outlet mode. If the process gas contains enough VOCs, the energy released from their combustion allows self-sustained operation. For example, at 95% thermal energy recovery, the outlet temperature may be only 77 (25) higher than the inlet process gas temperature.PLC-based electronics automatically control all aspects of the RTO operation from start-up to shutdown so that minimal operator interface is required.Anguils Cost Effective DesignThe Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer system is designed as part of Anguils broad line of technologically advanced, yet user-friendly, air pollution control products.
