第27章 线卡热插拔本章主要介绍路由器的热插拔功能及如何进行线卡热插拔。本章主要内容:l 简介l 热插拔相关命令l 线卡手动热插拔l 线卡命令热插拔l 热插拔过程调试27.1 简介热插拔功能就是在系统不停止工作的情况下,将线卡插入系统,或将线卡从系统中拔出(热拔出),系统可进行线卡的动态加载或卸载及配置,而不影响系统的正常运行。可以在不影响其它业务的情况下更换、添加或移除系统中的线卡。可以进行线卡的手动热插拔、命令热插拔、命令复位等动作。27.2 热插拔相关命令命令描述配置模式hotswap online slot将某槽位线卡命令热插入enablehotswap offline slot将某槽位线卡命令热拔出enablehotswap reset slot将某槽位线卡命令热复位enabledebug hotswap打开热插拔调试开关enableno debug hotswap关闭热插拔调试开关enabledebug hot-swap-config打开热插拔配置调试开关enableno debug hot-swap-config关闭热插拔配置调试开关enable27.3 线卡手动热插拔手动热插拔是指直接通过设备面板的操作将线卡切换到在线或离线状态,将线卡插入系统或从系统中拔出。27.3.1 手动热插入操作方法为直接将支持热插拔功能的线卡插入系统,或按动系统中处于离线状态的线卡面板上的热插拔按钮,此时线卡面板上的热插拔状态灯开始闪烁,表明系统正在对插入的线卡进行加载,线卡加载完成后,热插拔状态灯由闪烁状态变为点亮状态。手动热插入时,shell界面上将打印以下提示信息,这些提示信息将写入日志文件:加载成功:00:02:34: %HOTSWAP: Manual hotswap online, slot = 600:02:36: %HOTSWAP: Hotswap process success!加载失败:00:02:34: %HOTSWAP: Manual hotswap online, slot = 600:02:36: %HOTSWAP: Hotswap process fail!线卡加载失败时,请将线卡从系统中拔出,然后再插入系统,重新进行加载。& 注:根据线卡类型的不同,线卡加载的时间从3-10秒不等,线卡加载的时候,热插拔状态灯在闪烁,此时,请不要将线卡从系统中拔出,否则会导致不可预料的后果。27.3.2 手动热拔出操作方法为:1按动系统中处于在线状态的线卡面板上的热插拔按钮,此时线卡面板上的热插拔状态灯开始闪烁,表明系统正在对插入的线卡进行卸载。2线卡卸载完成后,热插拔状态灯由闪烁状态变为熄灭状态,此时可以将线卡从系统中拔出。手动热拔出时,shell界面上将打印以下提示信息,这些提示信息将写入日志文件:卸载成功:00:02:59: %HOTSWAP: Manual hotswap offline, slot = 600:03:00: %HOTSWAP: Hotswap process success!卸载失败:00:02:59: %HOTSWAP: Manual hotswap offline, slot = 600:03:00: %HOTSWAP: Hotswap process fail!& 注:1 当热插拔状态灯闪烁时,请不要将线卡从系统中拔出,否则会导致不可预料的后果。2 为防止热插拔按钮被不小心碰到导致线卡被卸载,热插拔按钮是安装在面板里面,离面板约有3毫米,可以使用细小、尖的物品来按动热插拔按钮。3 热插拔按钮没有开和关的状态,当线卡处于在线状态时,按动该按钮,就是卸载线卡;当线卡处于离线状态时,按动该按钮,就是加载线卡;当线卡处于加载或者卸载的时候(热插拔状态灯在闪烁),系统不会响应按钮操作,按动该按钮,不会对系统造成影响,系统继续它的线卡加载或者卸载。27.4 线卡命令热插拔线卡命令热插拔是指通过shell界面或网管界面发送热插拔命令,完成线卡的加载、卸载及复位操作。27.4.1 线卡命令热插入将系统中处于离线状态的线卡加载为在线状态。命令格式:hotswap online slot此命令在特权用户模式下使用,命令执行后,线卡面板上的热插拔状态灯开始闪烁,表明系统正在对线卡进行加载,线卡加载完成后,热插拔状态灯由闪烁状态变为点亮状态。应用举例:router#hotswap online 6命令执行时,shell界面上将打印以下提示信息:加载成功:00:04:05: %HOTSWAP: Command hotswap online, slot = 600:04:08: %HOTSWAP: Hotswap process success!加载失败:00:04:05: %HOTSWAP: Command hotswap online, slot = 600:04:08: %HOTSWAP: Hotswap process fail!& 注:当热插拔状态灯闪烁时,请不要将线卡从系统中拔出,否则会导致不可预料的后果。27.4.2 线卡命令热拔出将系统中处于在线状态的线卡卸载为离线状态。命令格式:hotswap offline slot此命令在特权用户模式下使用,命令执行后,线卡面板上的热插拔状态灯开始闪烁,表明系统正在对线卡进行卸载,线卡卸载完成后,热插拔状态灯由闪烁状态变为熄灭状态。应用举例:router#hotswap slot此命令在特权用户模式下使用,命令执行后,线卡面板上的热插拔状态灯开始闪烁,表明系统正在对插入的线卡进行复位,线卡复位完成后,热插拔状态灯由闪烁状态变为点亮状态。应用举例:router#hotswap reset 6命令执行时,shell界面上将打印以下提示信息:复位成功:00:05:49: %HOTSWAP: Command linecard reset, slot = 600:05:51: %HOTSWAP: Hotswap process success!复位失败:00:05:49: %HOTSWAP: Command linecard reset, slot = 600:05:51: %HOTSWAP: Hotswap process fail!& 注:当热插拔状态灯闪烁时,请不要将线卡从系统中拔出,否则会导致不可预料的后果。27.5
