In order to operating the machine correctly and safely,pls read all instructions before operating.1.1 人员资格 试验台属大型精密设备，结构复杂，稍有不慎，即可造成设备损坏及人员伤害，因此，设备操作人员必须经专业培训，合格后方能进行操作。1.1 Staff qualification Test Bench is precision equipment with complicated construction. It will be damaged or hurt operator because of imprudence. Operator must be well trained and get the certificates. Operator must work under professional staffs supervision.1.2安全注意事项1) 操作人员必须随时给予安全教育和训练，使其了解各种操作规则的重要性，并按安全规则操作。2) 进行试验时，不得打开试验台门触摸试验台内元件，以免发生触电。 3）放置产品时，要将产品分闸，以免产生电弧火花，测试更换试品时，必须在试验台停止试验或产品动作后，才能进行试品的拆卸。 4) 试验台进行测试时，必须要有工作人员在场，如暂时不进行试验或操作人员离开时，必须关断试验台的电源。5) 试验台在进行试验出现故障时，必须立即关断电源，并请专业人员维修，禁止非专业人员带电维修。 6）试验台必须定期送质监部门进行计量检定，检定周期一般为1年。1.2 Safety caution1)Operator must have safety training to get familiar with importance of manipulation rules and follow the safety rules.2)Dont touch inside component otherwise it will casue electric shock.3) separating brake to avoid electric arc fire. When change test sample, Take down the samples after Stopped test or trip.4) When testing,operator must be on the job.If temporary stop the test or operator leaves,the power must be turned off.5) When testing process happens fault,pls shut down the power immediately.Let the profession work repair the machine.Forbid unprofessional work repair the machine.6）Test bench must be sent to Qualitative inspect branch to have Econometric analysis and testing.Testing cycle is One Year. 第二章 拆箱与安装Chapter Two:Dispacking and Installing21 试验台的拆箱试验台一般用木箱包装，拆箱时应小心谨慎，如发现包装箱破损，应检查设备外观是否变形、损坏，如有损坏，请立即通知我公司客服中心，并保留包装箱，以便分析原因。同时，我们的客服中心会为你修复或更换新机。2.1 Dispacking Test bench usually be fixed at the wood beam and packing.please dispacking cautious.If the box has been damaged,please check the surface of test bench.If damaged,pls inform YGJCs Service Center.Please keep the box for us to analysis.Meanwhile,we will repair the machine or replace the machine.22 试验台的安装221在选定试验台的安装位置时，要考虑以下各项：（1）远离易燃易爆易腐蚀等化学物品；（2）远离热源、加湿器、水源等，避免阳光直射； （3）远离强电磁干扰源及明显的振动及冲击；（4）工作环境要求通风良好，无粉尘。（5）其背部靠墙必须留有至少1米的距离，以利于试验台散热和维修。2.2 Installing2.2.1 when choosing the place for test bench,pls consider requirements below.(1)Far away from flammable and combustible liquids,etc.(2)Keep away from direct sunshine. Far away from Hot source, humidifier,water.(3)Far away from strong electromagnetism interference. Get away from shake and shock.(4) Far away from strong electromagnetism interference.(5) A mile from wall to release hot.23 试验台的接线1）确认试验台的输入电源AC 220（110%）V，50Hz1 Hz。2）输入电源线的线径必须2.5平方毫米。 3） 必须安装符合要求的接地保护线。4）试验台电源必须有单独的保护开关，装置于易操作的地方并予标明，一旦有紧急事故发生时，可以立即关闭电源，进行处理。2.3 Connection1)Make sure test bench power input is AC220(110%）V，50Hz1 Hz。2)diameter of input wire must bigger than 2.5 square mili meter.3)Grounding protection line must be met with requirements.4)Test Bench must have independent protection switch,install on an easy-operation and mark it. When emergency accident happens , switching off immediately is allowed .第三章 设备简介Chapter Three: Brief Introductions31设备慨述 GDS-2-63 小型断路器瞬时动作特性试验台是我公司根据国家标GB10963.1-2005家用及类似场所用过电流保护断路器有关规定和用户特殊要求而精心研制的一种专为小型断路器（63型）瞬时动作特性校验的智能试验台。该设备由智能测控仪、接触器、调压器、升流器、计时器等元件组成。输出电流由智能测控仪采集峰值电流后，通过内部微机处理系统，转换成有效值直接显示，方便操作人员读数，提高工作效率。该设备采用铝合金制作外型美观大方、功能齐全，实用，采用微机直接读取数据，操作简单深受海内外好评。是小型路器生产厂家或科研部门对其进行瞬时动作特性试验的理想设备。3.1 Product summary GDY MCB heat tester is based on national GB10963.1-2005- , it is a new-style mini circuit breaker heat operating characteristic aptitude tester produced according to national standard and customers special requirements. No strong electromagnetic interference and radiated interference. 第四章 主要技术参数Chapter Four: Main technical parameter4.1输入电能参数1）电压：AC 220（110%）V。2）频率：50HZ1HZ。3）试验台容量:3kVA。4.1 Input power parameters1)voltage: AC 220（110%）V。2) frequency: 50HZ1HZ。3) Test bench volume: 3kVA4.2输出电能参数1）输出电流：AC 025A、50A、150A、300A、750、1500A，分档连续可调，五位LED直接显示电流有效值。2）输出波形失真度：3%。3）计时仪由三位LED显示，计时范围1-200mS，准确度0.1级，分辨率1mS。4）电流互感器精度等级：0.2级。5）智能测控仪精度等级：1.0级。6）设备绝缘电阻5兆欧。 7）试验台综合误差5%。4.2 Output power parameters1) Output Current: AC 025A、50A、150A、300A,、750A 、1500A，5-bit display current effective values.2）Output wave form degree of distortion 3%.3）timer will be displayed by 3-bit LED, time range is 1-200mS , resolution ratio is 1mS, accuracy rating is 0.1 grade.4) current Mutual indicator accuracy class: 0.2 grade.5) intelligent measurement instrument accuracy grade:1.0 grade.6) Device insulation resistance 5 megohm.7) Test bench composition error : 5%.第五章 操作使用说明Chapter Five Operation instruction5.1 接好符合要求的电源线、接地保护线。5.1 Connect qualified power line ,ground protection line.5.2 开启总电源开关，检查各仪表显示是否正常。5.2 Open main power switch , check all meters are workable . 5.3上限动作电流预设1）根据试品的额定电流和校验倍数，确定上限动作电流的大小,选择相应的电流档位（按智能测控仪上的“上切”或“下切”按键）。2）根据动作电流的大小，调节上限调压器至合适的电压值（开始不知道时，可估计调一点，不能调的太高）。 3）将试品放入测试夹具，按一次上限点动开关（或踏一次上限脚踏开关），试验台会自动对试品进行检测，试品应在预设的动作电流和时间内可靠分断。 4）试验时，显示的电流值为电流有效值，无需再次换算。当显示电流值始终显示一个比电流档位大20%的电流值时，说明试验电流过大，超过显示量程。可降低试验电压，再测试一次，观察试验电流的大小。 5）如试验电流达不到需要的设定电流值，试品不能分断，则再升高试验电压。如试验电流过大，就降低电压，要多试几次，确保输出电流的准确。5.3 Upper limit action current default1) Figure out upper limit action current , choose proper current gear (you can press “upcut” or “downcut”)according to products rate current and calibration multiples . 2) Adjust upper limit voltage regulator to proper voltage value(You can adjust a little higher if you dont know at first)according to action current value .3) Set testing product on test fixture , click upper limit switch (or step on Up-Limit footswitch) , testing product should be parted under expecting action current and time . 4) If current reading is effective , conversion is finished . If current reading is always 20% larger than the value of current gear , which indicate testing current is overlarge , you can lower testing voltage , do test again .5) If testing current failled to reach expecting current value , testing product is unable to break , increase testing voltage again . If testing current is too excessive , lower voltage , try it a few times to make output current precision .5.4下限不动作电流预设下限不动作特性的设定方法和上限动作特性设定方法相同。而不同的是上限是测试试品的动作特性，下限是测试试品的不动作特性，根据试品不动作电流设定值，测试试品在不动作电流值和不动作时间内不动作。5.4 Lower inaction current defaultThe method of defaulting lower limit inaction feature is same to the up-limit . The difference between them is up-limit is used to test preducts action feature , while lower limit test products inaction within range of inaction current and inaction time according to expecting testing current value .5.5 得到试品的动作电流和不动作电流后，即可对同类试品进行动作特性和不动作特性测试。5.5 Test similar testing products action feature and inaction feature once get testing products action current and inaction current .5.6 由于每个试品的内阻存在一定的差别或电压取相时的差异,所以每一次校验的结果存在一定的误差属于正常情况。由于环境温度的差异也会给断路器动作特性带来一定误差，应根据实际情况对测试结果进行修正。5.6 There is a certain difference between each testing products internal resistance and phase voltage , so calibration error is normal . Operation manual1、显示说明在仪表正常工作状态下，上排（A）窗口显示电流有效值，下排(S) 窗口显示电流的有效时间。1. Display descripition On the working condition , (A)window shows current effective value , (S)window shows current effective time .2、上切键在仪表正常工作状态下，按上切执行电流档位的转换（1、2、3、4、5、6档，按上升顺序进行）。2.Upcut button On the working condition , press upcut button to convert current gear (1、2、3、4、5、6 gear , according to ascending order).3、下切键在仪表正常工作状态下，按下切执行电流档位的转换（1、2、3、4、5、6档，按下降顺序进行）。3. Undercut buttonOn the working condition , press undercut button to convert current gear (1、2、3、4、5、6 gear , according to droping order) .4、上限在仪表正常工作状态下，按上点动按钮，对试品进行上限动作特性测试。4.Upper limitOn the working condition , press up point button to test upper limit action feature .5、下限在仪表正常工作状态下，按下点动按钮，对试品进行下限不动作特性测试。5.Lower buttonOn the working condition , press lower point to test lower limit inaction feature .6、SET键在仪表正常工作状态下，按SET键即执行设定。6.SET buttonOn the working condition , press “SET” to set7、延迟时间设置按住“设置”按键3s钟，进入仪表设置程序。当进入延迟时间设置时，下排窗口显示-E-进入延迟时间设置时，上排显示所需延迟时间(0999ms),.按“下限”按键即执行增数值，按“上限”按键即执行减数值。再按上切键，下排窗口显示-P-进入仪表电流校准调节状态，按“下限”按键即执行增数值，按“上限”按键即执行减数值。输入数字密码，可进行电流档位的更改。仪表上的所有设置，在出厂时均以设置好，请不要随意更改。7. Delay time set Press “SET” with 3 seconds .When it enters into delay time set , lower window shows -E- , upper window shows needed display time (0999ms) , press “lower limit” to increase numerical , press “upper limit” to minus numerical .Then press “upcut” button , lower window shows -P-, entering into current calibration adjustment condition ,press “lower limit” to increase numerical, press “upper limit” to minus numerical.Input numerical password, current gear is adjustable .Tester has been setted before leaving factory , please dont change at will . 第六章 现场校准Chapter Six: Verify locally试验台要定期进行校准比对，校准工作必须在供电电源相对稳定的情况下进行，切忌在自发电情况下进行。Test Bench needs calibration and comparison at regular intervals,calirbration operation must be under the stable power supply. Dont work under the condition of self-generating.6.1 校验电流1） 将0.2级标准互感器接在试验台电流输出夹具上，将0.2级标准峰值电流表接在互感器二次（5A）的接线柱上。或直接将试验台上的标准校对连接线去掉，接入标准峰值电流表。2）然后将峰值电流表上的峰值转换成有效值，再与试验台显示值进行比对校准，不得超出误差范围。100%试验台显示值标准表示值互感器变比 标准表示值互感器变比 6.1 Calibration current1) Connect 0.2 grade standard mutual inductor to test bench current output fixture , 0.2 grade standard peak value ampere meter to wiring terminal of mutual inductor (5A) . Or you can also delete standard calibrating linking lines , connect standard peak value ampere meter .2) Transfer peak value of peak value ampere meter into effective value , then contrast with value showed on screen , exceeding erreor range is not allowed .100%Value showed on the test bench - standard value * mutual inductor changed rates standard value * mutual inductor changed rates 第七章 维护指南Chapter Seven: Maintainance Guide7.1 使用检查在试验中，如遇上试验台发出异常气味或冒烟，应立即关闭电源，检查试验台是否有损坏。试验时，如试验台内交流接触器发出不正常的噪音时，说明接触器内部线圈进入灰尘，应多动作几次有问题的接触器，如还是不能解决问题，请将交流接触器拆开，用毛巾沾酒精将其插净。7.1 Use checkIf smells unnormal or found smoke during the test, shut down power. Check tester damaged or notIf AC. contactor sounds unnormal,it means inner part has entered dust. Operate problem A.C contactor more times or dispatch the A.C contactor, clean with alcohol.7.2日常维护必要的日常维护与保养，可以最大程度延长检测设备的使用寿命并能保持满意的测试效果。为了保持良好的功能，必须注意以下几点：1）不要频繁开关机，频繁开关机会冲击试验台内的元气件提前老化。2）设备长期不用时，应定期通电，建议每个季度至少要开机试用一次，通电时间不少于1小时。3）定期清洁、保养在断开总电源的情况下要经常使用柔
