To this end, we plan to carry out or are in the process of carrying out the following plans: Reinforcement and expansion of distribution network in the PRCWe intend to leverage our existing distribution network to create a first-class liquor distribution network for liquor, cigarettes and, possibly, other consumer products adapted for the PRC consumer market and we plan to continue focusing on the reinforcement and expansion of our distribution network in the PRC. We plan to expand our existing distribution network in major PRC cities. We have already begun this process by expanding in leading PRC cities such as Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Shenzhen and will continue to further penetrate these large urban markets. At the same time, we will continue expanding horizontally by increasing the geographical coverage of our distribution network by opening up new markets in other developed cities in the PRC such as Tianjin, Dalian, Chongqing and Chengdu. We are in the process of identifying potential sub-distributors to join our distribution network and we endeavour to increase the number of first-tier sub-distributors (who purchase the goods from us directly), as well as second-tier sub-distributors (who purchase the goods from the first-tier sub-distributors) and sub-distributors of other tiers.At the same time, we intend to reinforce our relationship with the existing sub-distributors within our distribution network. We are in the process of implementing / We plan to implement the Qualified Sub-distributorship Programme by issuing certificates to these sub-distributors with a view to enhance our ties with them and to promote their loyalty. We believe that reinforcing our relationships with sub-distributors of different tiers facilitates us in coordinating with them and overseeing the entire distribution network in an efficient and organised manner.With regards to sales techniques, we expect to hone our existing distribution model further based on channel management, adapting it for each individual PRC city. to further discuss on division of sales region, etc We plan to recruit sales and marketing staff in different PRC cities and train them to cater for each local market. Strengthening our relationship with existing suppliers and securing new suppliersAnother strategic step lies in the expansion of our distributorship in the PRC and international markets. We plan to strengthen the existing ties with our current suppliers. We can then sustain our competitive advantages and profitability through an extended exclusive period in distributorship.We also intend to seek actively additional quality suppliers of liquor, cigarettes and, possibly, other consumer products. We believe being steeped in Chinese culture and tradition gives us an edge over other market players in selecting the right suppliers and distributing their products effectively and efficiently within the PRC market. Establishing Wuliangye image stores (形象店)In addition to expanding our distribution network, we intend to establish Wuliangye image stores in different major PRC cities for marketing and image building of the Wuliangye Liquor Series, by collaborating with the Wuliangye Group or otherwise. We believe that these Wuliangye image stores enable us to establish a direct channel of communication with, and a platform to provide after-sale services, such as , to consumers of the Wuliangye Liquor Series in China. At the same time, these Wuliangye image stores will provide us with a platform to establish direct-sales to the end-consumers and to enjoy a higher profit margin. Parties to discussAs a starting point, we intend to open up Wuliangye image stores in major PRC cities such as Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Shenzhen. Advertising, marketing and promotionWe intend to take strategic steps to encourage sales of the products we distribute through advertising, marketing and promotion. Currently, we have already implemented various publicity campaigns such as television commercials, magazine advertisements and other promotional activities. We will continue to strategically employ the tools of advertising, marketing and promotions to boost sales of our products, as well as our own corporate image. These publicity campaigns will penetrate the PRC market. We will also continue to place advertisements in different media to further strengthen brand awareness. To this end, we may engage well-known celebrities to enhance the character and identity of our brand in the public consciousness. We endeavour to organise different types of marketing and promotional activities by collaborating with retail distributors within our distribution net
