E电动葫芦操作作业指导书Work instruction for electric hoist operation1、目的Purpose 为规范操作者正确使用电动葫芦，保证其安全运行，特制定本作业指导书。This instruction is formulated to standardize the correct operation of the electric hoist and ensure its safe running.2、适用范围Scope 本规程适用于公司所有电动葫芦的使用。 This instruction is applicable to the using of all the electric hoist in the company. 3、职责Responsibility:3.1 设备人员负责电动葫芦的维护、维修和管理。The equipment staffs are responsible for the maintenance, repairing and management. of electric hoist. 3.2 操作人员要严格按本作业指导书执行。 The operators must comply with this instruction strictly. 4、电动葫芦的操作The operation of electric hoist ：4.1 先打开电动葫芦电源Turn on the electric hoist first. 4.2 使用前，应先检查各层防护门是否关好，并保证一楼起吊重物的平台下不能有人和物品。将物料桶、移动储罐、设备等物品放入吊篮中，关闭并扣住吊篮门，将一层吊篮下方周上防护栏（注意：液体物料不要装得太满，以免提升过程中液体溢出）。Before using, first check if the protection doors are closed well, and ensure that no person or articles under the platform of the hanged goods at the first floor. Put the material drums, moveable tanks and equipments into the basket, close and fasten the basket door. Protect the area at the first floor under the basket with guardrail. (Note: Dont fill the containers with too much liquid material to avoid liquid spill during lifting process).4.3 每次起吊前，一定要先点动按钮，使钢丝绳拉紧后再行起吊重物（起吊的重物应放在升降平台中间，不得偏心）。使用过程中发现钢丝绳松脱或乱绕，应及时通知维修人员修理好以后再用。Before lifting, do first press the button, and start lifting the object while the steel rope get tautened (lifted object should be placed in center of platform) If loosening or winding happens in the process of using , maintaining staff should be notified to fix it up.4.4 行吊（2号车间室外西北侧）的操作： Operation of Crane (northwest outside of No.2 plant) 行吊时应点动电动葫芦使吊钩下落至卧式储罐吊缆35cm处，手动将点动葫芦吊钩挂在卧式储罐吊缆上，再点动电动葫芦使吊钩与卧式储罐吊缆在同一垂直线上，然后向上点动使电动葫芦拉紧卧式储罐，再缓慢提升储罐至高于地面1020cm，停留3秒钟待储罐稳定后水平缓慢移动至需要位置（同时需要有人扶住储罐，防止储罐左右摇摆太大），缓慢将储罐放下（注意：防止储罐着地时压脚）。使用完毕，将电动葫芦吊缆向上提升收起并移至东边总电源处，关闭手柄电源及总电源。While lifting, jog the hoist and let the hook fall to 35cm of cable of horizontal tank , then hang hook of hoist to the cable manually, and jog the hoist again to make the hook vertical to the cable. After that, job the hoist upward to pull the horizontal tank tightly, and lift the tank gradually to 1020cm higher than ground. After 3 seconds stay to ,move the tank to the designated area(meanwhile, the tank need to be held by someone to prevent from swinging), and put it down gradually(notice: be cautious of foot hurt ). After use, packing the cable up and move it to general power supply in the east, then shut down the handle power and general power supply.5、注意事项：Attention5.1 电动葫芦只能由车间操作人员或维修人员进行操作，其他人员不得随意进行操作，操作人员必须十分熟悉本作业指导书。Hoist can only be operated by plant operators or maintaining staff, and any operation by other staff is forbidden. Operators should be familiar with their relevant working guidance.5.2 不得用电动葫芦做拖拉工具使用。Hoist should not be applied as towing apparatus 5.3 在使用中不允许超过载重电动葫芦的载重量（负荷）。2号车间内电动葫芦的载重量2吨，2号车间室外西北侧行吊载重量2吨。The hoist should not be operated at an overload level. Hoist load in No.2 plant is 2 tons, and load of crane northwest to No.2 plant is 2 tons. 5.4 吊篮中严禁载人。Human beings are forbidden to stay in the basket5.5 在起吊过程中，不准同时按下“上”、“下”两个按钮。In the process of lifting, pressing the UP and DOWN button at the same time is prohibited5.6 在使用过程中如发现制动器失灵，重物迅速坠落时，应立即按“上升”按钮，使重物上升一段距离，再按“下降”按钮，使重物能以正常的速度下降，卸载后应立即排除故障。If arrester failure happens in the process of use, UP button should be pressed promptly to prevent the object from falling. After the object rises for a distance, press the DOWN button to make the object fall at a normal speed. Malfunction should be handled as soon as load is off.5.7 在使用中如按钮失灵（按钮松开后吊篮仍然继续上升或下降）、接触器触点粘合等情况，则立即断开总电源开关，停止使用。待排除故障后方可使用，以避免事故的发生。If button failure (after button released, the basket still keep rising or falling) or adhesion happens in the process of use, the general power supply should be cut and stop using. Only after the malfunction is removed, the device can be used.5.8 卸料后立即将提升吊篮放至地面，吊篮不宜长时间处于悬空状态，使用完毕，关闭电源。After loading off, put the lifting basket onto the ground. The basket should not be suspended in the air for too much time, and power should be off after use. 5.9 吊篮悬在上方时，不要将身体探入吊篮下方的空间内。While the lifting basket hangs in the air, do not put the body into area under basket.5.10 如提升机为非防爆设备，电机制动及升降按钮要用胶带密封，如有破损立即密封处理。If the hoist is non-explosive device, do seal the engine arrester and lifting button by adhesive tape. Sealing treatment should be done deal with damage promptly. 6、电动葫芦的维护Maintenance of hoist6.1 每周一由维修人员负责检查电动葫芦并将检查结果记录到设备维修记录中。在不加任何载重物的情况下，开动升降机（电动葫芦）运转几圈，检查接下列项目：Maintaining staff are in charge of hoist and record the checking result into Equipment Maintenance Record. Start the hoist while its load off and check the following items: 启动升降按钮，观察整套系统是否运转正常，确认无问题后方可使用；Start the lifting button and observe whether the whole system is running well. It can only be reused after confirmation of no remaining problem. 限位器的动作是否灵活可靠； Movement of stopper is flexible, reliable or not 运转时有无异常响声或气味；If there is abnormal sound or smell 缆绳线圈缠绕是否均匀，如不均匀应先调整好线圈缠绕状态；Whether binding of cable is even or not; if not even, binding condition should be adjusted well. 上升通道应无阻挡物，轨道滑轮完好；There should be no blockage in the ascending channel, and orbital pulley should be complete 检查钢丝绳，若发现钢丝绳在一个搓绕节距长度内折断根数超过6根时，需更换新的钢丝绳。Check the steel rope. If the broken number exceeds 6 within a lay length, a new steel rope will be needed.6.2 每月的第一个周，由白班电工负责检查防爆电动葫芦的电气部分，主要检查防爆电机、防爆控制箱、防爆限位开关，发现问题及时修理，将检查结果记录到设备维修记录中。In the first week of every month, electricians working in the daytime will be in charge of checking the electrical part of EX hoist, which mainly includes EX engine、EX control cabinet and EX limit switch. Once problems are identified, repairing work should be done promptly and checking results be recorded in Equipment Maintenance Records. 6.3 由维修人员按照电动葫芦各部位的润滑周期对电动葫芦进行润滑，采用硬毛刷或光滑洁净的木板，把润滑油脂均匀的涂在钢丝绳上，冬天气温较低时，必须将润滑油脂加热后涂抹。将润滑结果记录到设备维修记录中。防爆电动葫芦润滑指示见下表Maintaining staff should lubricate the hoist according to the hoist lubricating period, scrubbing brush or smooth& clean board will be applied to paint lube onto the steel rope evenly. When the temperature is low in winter, lube should be heated before painting. Lubricating records are kept in Equipment Maintenance Recor
