为什么热水结冰比冷水快? 刘陈英有三个原因导致热水结冰比冷水快: 一、化学元素在热水中与在冷水中的存在形态不同。 众所周知:一滴水就是一个小世界,水里含有很多种化学元素,包括有机的,和无机的。同样的,一杯水里也包含有各种各样的化学元素,包括有机的,和无机的。但是,热水中所含的化学元素的存在形态与冷水中的化学元素的存在形态有所不同:化学元素在水中的存在形态,有的是以分子的形式存在,有的是原子的形式存在,而有的则是以质子、中子,甚至于更微粒的夸克等等的形态存在。就好比煤存在于自然界中,有的是煤矿,有的是煤块,有的则是煤粒,甚至是煤分子、原子等。一粒煤粒,一根火柴就能将其烧着,但是一根火柴却烧不着一块结实的煤块;同样的,水中的化学元素,那些以质子、中子、或者是以夸克,光子,渺子等形态存在的微粒,有时候不需要太高的温度,或者太高或者太低的压力就会产生化学反应。例如:提纯浓缩铀235,原子法则需要加热到2000多度,使铀原料形成蒸气。而用分子法提纯,在分离的工作过程中不需要加热。 简单地说就是:在普通的热水中,或者冷热环境相撞时,就可以产生化学反应。 例如:大自然中最常见的就是:北上的暖空气遇到南下的冷空气,就会产生化学反应,电闪雷鸣,狂风暴雨。当热水放进一个冷的环境中,就会与冷环境中的空气,产生化学反应。微循环中的微型电闪雷鸣,狂风暴雨,我们肉眼看不见,但是不代表不存在。 这些化学反应,消耗了大量的热量,就好比一场狂风暴雨之后,火热的夏天就变成了凉爽的秋天一样。 而且,这些化学反应加快了水中的化学元素的运动速度,比从冷水到更冷的水中的化学元素的运动速度要快。 二、化学元素在热水中与在冷水中的成分不同。 在相对稳定的环境中,化学元素的特性是:“同性相吸,异性相斥”。也就是说:在一个相对稳定的冷水环境中,化学元素之间,一种运动,占据较大的比例,成为主要运动:就是:“同性相吸,异性相斥”。适宜冷水环境的化学元素之间互相吸引,而不适宜冷水的化学元素则被排斥;同样的热水也一样。尤其是在水加热的过程中,有些沸点低的化学元素,就变成了气体,逃逸到空气中。 简单地说,就是:冷水中,沸点低的化学元素较多,热水中,沸点高的化学元素较多。空气中也是一样。所以,当热水遇到冷空气,两种不同的化学元素之间就很容易产生化学反应。 这些化学反应,带走了/消耗了大量的热量,并且加快了水中化学元素的运动速度。 三、在热水中,熔点高于100摄氏度的化学元素本就是固体,在由液体变成固体的过程中,仅存在量变,不存在质变,因此,所需消耗的热量少。例如:水中的碳微粒,熔点高达几千摄氏度,在100摄氏度的水中,依然是固体,在由水变成结冰,即由液体变成固体的过程,不需要浪费时间和热量质变,只是降低了一些温度并且沉淀即可,也即是说:熔点高的微粒在水结冰的过程中,仅发生了温度上的量变而已。而在热水中,熔点高的化学元素多于冷水中的同类元素。 综合以上三点,所以热水结冰快于冷水。 也许这样的文字描述,你们难以接受和承认,但是现实是:根据我超过二十多年的研究,表明:我们现在所认识的水的分子方程式是不对的,水并不是H2O,虽然我目前还不能写出水的真正的分子方程式,但是根据研究,我们已经清楚地知道了,真正的水的一些特性:真正的水连最轻的羽毛也无法浮载的,它几乎包容一切物质,也就是说几乎所有的物质都能溶入水中,这才是真正的水,也叫弱水。 弱水是与轻水,重水相对应的。轻水,重水都是溶入了其他的化学元素的水,而弱水才是未溶入任何其他化学元素的真正的纯水。 我们平时饮用和普通所见的水,都是溶入了各种各样化学元素的水,因此,其光谱呈现五颜六色各种颜色,而弱水的光谱颜色应该是黑色。也就是说:水和氢、氦、氧、氟、氖等等一样,是化学元素,当然我指的是纯水,即弱水,而不是像我们现在所了解的:水是化合物。 并且,化学元素周期表中有一些化学元素与水具有相同的属性:其光谱黑色或接近黑色,极随和,能与绝大多数化学元素融合,仅与极少数化学元素不融合,并互相排斥。 不可否认,全宇宙万事万物都是由化学元素组成的,但是,所有的化学元素应该分为金、木、水、火、土五种类型,这五种类型可以互相转化,互相排斥,Why does hot water freeze faster than cold water?
