求职记_20132014Before writing:都说2014届毕业是最难就业季,毕业人数之多;各公司招聘人数的缩减;作为2014年的应届毕业生,对于这个最难并没有特别的理解;更多的感觉在于自己的不足与未曾100%的努力;不安定的经历了1年,到毕业后的紧接的4月1号也算有所归属。研究生三年转瞬即逝;还记得昨天踏进学校胆怯的步伐,现在每个人都在跟自己说再见了。关于实习:若是想研究生毕业出来就工作,尤其是外企,早早的出来实习是很重要的,外企的面试要把你的过去和技能捏碎了揉烂了来讲出里面所谓的所以然。若不是研发,他们全然不懂你曾在你的研究里投入了多少精力或掺杂了多少水分;实习一方面是对简历的丰富,另一方面也是开拓自己离开学校后对社会和公司的了解:工作没有那么简单、也没有那么的神秘,将来将要面对的HR以及他们的问题也没有那么的神圣。 关于实习和目标,我和实验室的同学的表现、规划和结果就是鲜明的对比以此为鉴,以后多向她学习2013年20114年投递的公司大概也有100家了:9月和10月期间主要投递的有:按照时间的前后,分别有:英国石油(BP)、Sony Japan、万科、景瑞房地产、招商银行信用卡中心、DOW、林德集团、恒大集团、卡西中国公司、柏诚中国、中国石油、欧莱雅、上海汽车、德勤、瑞安房地产、安永、上海大众汽车、高露洁、东风日产汽车、联合利华、科尔尼咨询、联合汽车、东方航空、施耐德电气管理培训生、仁孚汽车、保加利亚中国、拜耳、顺风、福特汽车、戴尔、阿克苏诺贝尔、索尼中国、金佰利、赢创工业集团、DHL、博世、巴斯夫、沃尔沃、中间还有因为top career 面向日本就业投递面过一些公司因为实习的原因,9月的时间没能把握住、两个月投递的公司大概40多个,和其他比较起来应该算比较少的了;10月、11月主要等待面试,投递的不多;11月之后已经过了招聘高峰、主要都是银行在招聘、鉴于前面同学对银行的描述、以及由于某些原因对于金融行业发展的抵触、除了上面的招商银行信用卡中心外再没有投过其他的银行。 11月后没有觉得比价好的机会、也没有再好好投递,之后有通过现场的方式投递过艾美仕和佳能如此就快到学期结束了;先说说这学期的主要情况:房地产类全军覆没 受到初试(笔试或面试)的有BP、Sony Japan、招商银行信用卡中心、中国石油、联合利华、施耐德电气、仁孚汽车、顺风、戴尔、索尼中国、艾美仕、佳能。顺风最早面、最早拿到offer,毫不犹豫的就拒绝了(之后就再也没有offer)很开心的是收到面试的都是比较想去的公司、但是一直也不曾有非哪里不可的公司 BP、招商银行信用卡、联合利华、施耐德电气、戴尔、佳能 、索尼中国均止于一面 仁孚汽车、中国石油止于笔试 Sony Japan、 艾美仕到终面。 中间还有在施耐德实习由老板推荐的面试、挂了来年后,外企基本上告一段落了,面试有:施耐德另一次被推荐的面试;年前联系好的戴尔推荐到另外一个部门的面试;广州交通规划研究所面试;公牛集团;北京世界资源研究所(推掉了)怎么说呢,若你不是完全优秀光芒四射到所有的人都希望与你为伍,对于找工作而言,付出与愿望的强烈还是成正比的。很多公司的初试我都没有收到;但是对于向联合利华、BP和Sony Japan 这样网申很复杂、简历淘汰率极高的火爆公司,我之所以能够幸存下来还是因为做网申时有足够的认真;而在一面、二面中就败下来,英语是硬伤(偏偏是哪不行偏要往那边撞):联合利华一面面完HR直接说其他都还行、这英语恐怕也过不了终面吧;BP的群面有点难,大群的英文我连题目都没看懂,傻掉了40分钟;Sony的一面之所以幸存下来,大概因为日本人的英语也不怎么好;进入二面的不乏日语好到爆以去日本为终极目标的人,在这样的面前以及专业为电子的,毫无竞争力,只当去体验面试高级的酒店了;招商银行信用卡面试败在一面群面主要是由于前面问题陈述时的时间掌控;戴尔的初试笔试和群面一起,觉得自己面试还可以,笔试的英文题真心好多看不懂;面对施耐德,不管是管培面还是第一次的公司内部boss 面,我想自己都有些心态不正:因为在施耐德实习过、管培面的表现大约可以概括我胆怯加自以为是;boss面却是紧张加不以为然;索尼中国,回答日企和欧美企业的不同时语气里分明带着对小日本慢慢的鄙视;佳能群面中大家都说我表现最好,我也不知道哪不好,但是就是没二面艾美仕: 医疗咨询,到了终面,心里当时矛盾的,想去又不想去,没有医学基础是不是很累,这家咨询又不像其他咨询那么累所以,大概心里的不乐意和小小心思都会在面试中有所表现;面试者阅人无数,这些小心思怎么逃得过他们的法眼;没有人愿意招不认可他们公司和工作的人。包括第二学期的戴尔部门面,他们把工作说的太累,到最后我也就退缩了。 心态、决心很重要!以此为鉴吧!附一些网申:英国石油(BP) chinaHR 2013.9.15Lubricants Supply Chain ExecutiveOpen question:Please tell us why you want to join BP and what you believe you have to offer us:Joining BP means working with excellent colleagues and walking in front of the industry. I am excited and confident to meet the unknown challenges .I applied the position of Lubricants Supply Chain Executive, The following aspects ensure that I can make a contribution in this position: firstly, Professional knowledge and research on Supply Chain. I have got a good command of the operations of every aspect in an enterprise from the engineering aspect during undergraduate. And I have done an research of Vehicle Routing Problem during graduate period. Secondly, practice. I have three intern experiences related to Supply Chain Executive. The first one, as a summer intern in Zhonbai distribution center, I practiced the process of warehousing. The second one in Supply Chain Council, I learnt the how to apply SCOR to optimize the supply chain operation for companies. The third one, as a global negotiation intern I got the specific handlings with client managing. Thirdly, fast learning ability. I have gotten high marks during undergraduate and also learnt Japanese as a second major. During graduate period, I have finished two papers on traffic related pollutants. I can get the tasks done well even it is new for me.Please tell us a story you overcame great challenges and finally achieved your goalAs a global negotiation intern of Schneider, I was in a team of purchasing information system named PUMA. I was asked to summarize error report and track the buyers who uploaded abnormal spend and. There are more than 8 Excel file I have to handle with simultaneously every day. And as close to a week before the deadline, the number of plants with abnormal spend in a rate of 15 every day. I have to try my best to confirm with the buyers and ask them to correct the data. I am confident with the excel skills. However, no matter from the aspect of amount of work or the aspect of business communication with buyers, it is a big challenge for me.1) Keep calm under the huge pressure, I forced myself not to be panic when do a report facing with more than 5 Excel files simultaneously.2) Balance the time and frequency for referring Boss. As an intern, I lacked some business sense when coming to Schneider. I have to learn how to organize my words for the buyers officially. Meanwhile, boss is also under great pressure as me, thus I need to bother her less and guarantee the efficiency of my own work.3) Balance the way for tracking. As close to the deadline of data uploading, the plants related to abnormal spend nearly increased in a rate of 15, I gave priority to those with larger spend. The buyers related are located all around the world, to get faster response, for those in APAC, I adopted phone and email at the same time, and for those in Europe and America, I adopted email. For continuous two weeks intense work and even overtime, we finish clean up over 30million of the total spend. Sony Japan 2013. 9.191. Please describe your understanding of what the position you applied for requires you to do, and from your point of view, why SONY should choose you for the position you applied for, not someone else?(Less than 500 words)The position I applied for is Electric unit purchasing agent. In my opinion, the work I need to do probably include:1) Check the history data of products in use. 2) Collect and clean up the quantity and price of requirement components the forecast purchasing of next year3) Compare the forecast data with the history data and find the difference between them.4) Collect information of the industry from the market5) Adjust or develop strategy for negotiating with supplier and purchasing6) Prepare contacts.I believe I am suitable for the position and qualify for the position for the following reasons:1) Basic professional knowledge. I studied logistics during my undergraduate and get good marks in all course, and did a related research for about one year during graduate. Thus I have a good command of the theoretical knowledge of the operation of an enterprise including manufacturing process, warehouse strategies, commodity distribution routing and so on. That is also the main reason why I can keep in front compared with my classmates.5) Fast learning ability. I changed one research subject in the second year of undergraduate. It is a direction totally different from the former one, but I still worked well on it and got high praise from my tutors. In order to keep the efficiency of work, every one need to work hard. Even the company has already provide many sport grounds, some employees may not go there often. In such an exercise way, the company has guarantee everyone in the company is in a working way full of health and caring. This activity makes the employees believe that they are not only doing a job, but also living a happy Unilever family life.1.
