Work Theory 本稀油站工作时，工作油泵将油箱内的油液吸出，经双筒油滤器、冷却器后，再送往主机设备的各润滑部位，回油进油箱回油管，经磁棒磁过滤，再经过滤网板过滤后进入油箱内。 The pump absorb the oil from the tank and after being filtered by the duplex filter and cooled by the cooler, the oil will be supplied to each lubricating part of the equipment. The return oil will go to the oil-return pipe and then finalize into the oil tank after being filtered by the magnetic rod and filtering screen.本稀油站设有两台齿轮泵，正常情况下，一台工作，一台备用。当系统压力降到低于第一压力控制器压力调定值时，备用油泵投入工作,保证向主机设备继续供送润滑油。压力达到正常时，备用油泵自动停止。若此时压力继续下降到第二压力控制器压力调定值时，报警器将发出压力过低事故信号。There are two gear-wheel pumps for the station. Normally, one for work, the other one is spare. The spare one will begin to supply the lubricant when the system pressure is lower than the setting value of first pressure controller. The spare pump will stop work when the pressure is normal. However, when the pressure continues to reduce to the setting value of second pressure controller, the warning signal will indicate over-low pressure.在供油口设有铂热电阻通过二次仪表对供油温度进行监测,并控制冷却器的工作，当供油温度变化，冷却器的进水量也应随着变化，使油温控制在一定的范围内。There is platinum thermal resistance on the oil-supply gate used for monitoring the temperature of the supplying oil and controlling the cooler. The input water will change accordingly with the temperature of the supplying oil, so then the temperature will be within a definite range. 过滤器采用双筒网式油滤器，一筒工作，一筒备用，在进出口外接有差压控制器，当压差超过0.15MPa,人工换向，备用筒工作，取出滤芯进行清洗，然后放入滤筒备用。It adopts duplex oil filter, one for work, the other is spare. Also, there is a psid controller connected on the input and output gate. The spare filter will work when the psid is over 0.15MPa, then take out and clean filtering element and put into the spare filter.油箱中设有电加热器，用来加热油箱内的润滑油。电加热器是由装于油箱上的铂热电阻通过二次仪表来进行自动控制的，当油温低于某一温度设定值时，加热器自动投入工作；当油温高于另一温度设定值时，加热器自动停止。There is electrical heater in the oil tank. It is used for hating the lubricant oil in the tank. The electrical heater is automatically controlled by the platinum thermal resistance. The heater will work when the oil is lower than the setting value and it will stop work when the temperature is higher than the setting value.油箱上设有液位计，可直接看到液位的高低，同时装有液位开关，当油位过高或过低时有信号发出。There is liquid meter on the oil tank that can read the liquid level directly. Also, there is liquid level switch which will warn when the level is too high.在供油口设有流量控制器，当流量低于一定值时，可以发出报警信号。There is flow rate controller on the oil-supply gate, it will warn when flow rate is too low.在回油口还有一只温度计，可以观察回油的温度。There is a thermometer on the oil-return for observing the temperature of the returning oil四、电气控制IV. Electric Control 本稀油站的电气控制原理及操纵系统详见电控柜的电气说明书。Please see the manual of electric cabinet for the principle and operation system of the electric control.五、安装调试Install and Trial Running 本稀油站安装时，只要平稳地放在地面上，无需地脚螺栓固定。在油箱底部两个放油螺塞处各作深300mm长500、宽300的地坑，以便安放盛油器。 It doesnt need food screw to fix but just place on a flat ground. There should be two pits (300mm deep, 500mm long and 300mm wide) for the oil-discharging screw. 本稀油站在出厂前已进行过性能试验，故在现场安放平稳后，即可连接供油管、回油管、水管和电控柜，调试正常后，就可投入正常运行。 The station has been passed performance test before shipment, so it can well run after connecting with oil-supply pipe, oil-return pipe, water pipe and electric cabinet. 电控柜由用户自行决定安装位置和固定方式。 The electric cabinet will fixed on the place where the customers required.六、操作规程VI. Operation Procedure1、按系统工作压力及工作油温将供油管路上的两只压力控制器的动作压力及一只双金属温 度计的动作温度调节到设定值的相应位置，打开稀油站相应的油、水阀门和压力表开关。To set the pressure controller and the temperature according to the system pressure and oil temperature, then turn on the oil, water and pressure of the station.2、将双筒网式油滤器的换向阀手柄扳到一个过滤筒工作的位置上；检查冷却器连接口是否 拧紧。To set the duplex filter to the operating place of one filter and check whether the connection of the cooler is tight or not3、根据系统要求的工作油温，先开启电加热器将油加热，加热期间，油应处于流动状态。Base on the required oil temperature, turn on the electric heater to heat the oil. The oil should be flow when being heated.4、在主机工作前，先开启工作油泵，待系统压力达到工作压力后，方可启动主机投入运行。 停主机时，先停主机，后人工停稀油站油泵。Start the oil pump before the mainframe works. Only the system pressure is achieved can the mainframe begins to work. When stop the machine, it should firstly stop the mainframe and then stop the pump.5、稀油站在工作中，如因油压、油温、油位处于不正常位置时，则有相应的信号灯亮，同时有声响报警。（除油温外），先按喇叭按钮解除声响，再按信号灯显示部件采取措施。6、稀油站在工作中应及时观察接于油滤器进出油口上的差压开关，当压差超过0.15MPa时(或由差压开关发讯),应立即扳动油滤器的换向阀,手柄,使备用筒投入工作,并取出原工作滤芯进行清洗,再放回再用。It should pay attention to the psdi switch on the oil filter when the station works, it should move the change valve immediately when the psdi is over 0.15MPa or some warning, so then the spare filter can start to work and take out the filtering element from the original (the work one).七、维护保养VII. Maintenance 1、齿轮油泵的轴密封圈要经常检查，如有泄漏现象或损坏，应及时更换。The seal gasket of the gear-wheel pump should be checked frequently.
