昆明在校大学生因围观城管执法被殴打核心提示：昆明在校大学生郑玉林向媒体反映，6月1日，他看到城管工作人员正在劝一个摆地摊的小贩离开，他因多看了几眼，却被3名工作人员拖进旁边的小巷殴打。警方表示，监控录像拍下了城管拖人的过程。当事城管部门回应称，他们需要证据才能进行调查。6月1日下午5点10分左右，小郑路过龟背立交桥旁的金穗大厦，看见3名工作人员正在劝说摆地摊卖菜刀的一个老头离开。小郑说：“我就和别的路人一样看了几秒。一名身穿城管制服的工作人员说：看什么看，全散开。当时，我没有说什么，就由西向东朝前走，走了几步，一边走我一边回头。”就在小郑回头之际，一名身穿城管制服的工作人员对小郑说：“你是不是不服？”小郑回答：“我是学生，不关我的事，我是去大观商业城买东西。”“你要去那里买东西，好，我们带你去。”说完，3人合力拖他进了一条偏僻巷子里殴打。小郑说：“我跟他们3个反复说，自己是学生，可他们还是要拖，要打。”附近商户小何对记者说：“我亲眼看见他（小郑）被城管硬拖进去，小郑从里面跑出来，跑到小门又被拖进去。当时，围着很多人。”事后，经医生检查，小郑的手腕、肩膀、胸部、背部及眼角、脸、嘴唇等多处受伤，医生建议留院观察。Students was beaten in kunming because onlookers Urban management Core Tip:A student Zheng Yulin in Kunming has reflected to the media about he was beaten up by 3 managers from urban control and administration department on 1st june.
