Unit 7 at a snack bar 说课稿 Good morningafternoon, teachers! My name is liu zhiming . Its my honor to show my class with all of you here. Wish you could appreciate my performance ,thank you. 1、 about teaching material at a snack bar is Oxford primary English 4B Unit7 . its the first class. The content is very closed to students life , emphasizes students interest and experience. The important and difficult points are to learn and apply the sentences : what would you like? Id like And get a good understanding of the words about food: pies ,sweets ,noodles,hamburgers, biscuits, chocolate2、 About studentsStudent are very moving ,playing and always absent-minded . At the same time, they have the basic knowledge and ability of english learning. So this class, i will use various methods to help students learn english and try my best to encourage them to do, to cooperate and communicate so that they can get the knowledge and abilities.3、 Teaching objectives on studying the teaching material ,students and English syllabus , new lesson standard,I put forward the teaching objectives below:1. The knowledge and ability objectivesStudents could understand the words :pies ,sweets ,noodles,hamburgers, biscuits, chocolate During the communication and games, students could understand and apply the sentences: “what would you like? Id like,please” how much is it are they?,and know the sentencesanything else?2. The process and method objectivesStudents could learn how to cooperate and explore by group cooperation3. The emotional objectivesStudents could heightenriseincrease their confidence and interest to learn english at the relaxed and agreeable atmosphere. Students could have the sense of cooperating and respecting peoples choice.4、 About the important and difficult points Students could understand the words :pies ,sweets ,noodles, hamburgers, biscuits, chocolate During the communication and games, students could understand and apply the sentences: “what would you like? Id like,please”5、 About the teaching methods To help students get a better understanding of the words and sentences ,develop their team spirit in a relaxed and agreeable atmosphere, i will adopt situational approach , communicative method and group cooperation methods .6、 About teaching process In order to make teaching process systematically,properly and efficiently, under the principle regard the students as the subject, the teacher as the dominant, i divide the process into 4 steps. Step 1 warm up (5 minutes) I will begin with a gamelisten and actto help students concentrate and heighten their interest of learning. At the same time, the orders are related to the contents of this class,which will lay the foundation for this class. Step 2 presentation (20 minutes)Firstly, we will talk freely. I will ask students : what do you like to eat ?and students answer freely which helps them speak out english. Then i will ask do you like a hamburger? to show them the new word hamburger.And Ill show them the entity and card .(entities are loved by students .they can encourage students to speak out and observe.Teaching students by games and entities not only could make them get a better understanding of words but also develop students interest and ability of observing) at the same time, Because hamburger is a new word, i will let students read it groups or in a line one by one and correct their pronunciation .Next, i will use the similar methods : cards , entities,communication to teach the new words about food :pies ,sweets ,noodles, biscuits, chocolates To help students get a better understanding of the new words ,we will play a little game: whats missing. That means i will pass the new words quickly and then show them some words , to let them find out the missing one. The way of playing a game not only reviews the new knowledge but also attract students attention.Next , i will teach important sentences: what would you like? Id like ,pleaseNo food left! But dont worry,lets go to a snack bar. I will ask students: what would you like at a snack bar? This communication is nature to show the new sentences: what would you like? Id likeHere, i will adopt the song i make and situational approach to help students. ( teaching by a song is one of students favorite methods, it could develop students interest ,help them speak out ,and increase their ability of listening and cooperating. )The song uses the tone ofold Macdonald. I will sing like this : what would you like? i- ya-i-ya-o Students answer : id like i- ya-i-ya-o If the student is right, i will give the food as the award. And at the same time, i will ask the student :what should you say to me ? the student should say : how much is it? I will go on this dialogue and show students the situation of buying something. Then l will ask students practice the dialogue in pairs and prepare to show us.(dialogue teaching and cooperative way are 提倡 by the new curriculum standard, they are benefit for students to show and regard students as the subject,could help students get a better understanding of the words and sentences ,develop their team spirit in a relaxed and agreeable atmosphere)Step 3 practice and review (10 minutes)I will set a situation. Im the manager of a snack bar . I want to employ an attendant by a show. I will choose 5 students and give them 胸牌. At the same time, other students will act as customers to cooperate with him to show us that heshe is the right attendant.Maybe the show is S1: What would you like? S2: id like ,please S1:something to drink?anything else? S2: S1 : here you are S2:how much is it? S1:xxx yuan please. S2 : here you are S1 : thank you (The aim to learn language is to apply. Actually ,This activity sets a very real situation , which could not only attract all students attention ,review the knowledge just learned but also help students apply , realize the importance of english in our daily life,develop their interest and confidence of english learning .)Step 4 a chant (5 minutes) A chant What, what, what would you like? , , , pleaseYou, you , how about you ? , , ,please
