TRAINING BY MASTER & C/O.DISPOSED 8 BAGS OF GARBAGE TO SHORE COLLECTOR(INCLUDING PLASTICS, RAGS, METAL ETC.).新進人員 上船兩週之內實施演習(超過1/4船員更換, 需於24hr內實施) Life-saving drill was conducted for instructing/training newly joined crewmembers.每週 救生艇,救生筏,目視檢察. 衛生檢查 Visually inspected life boats,life rafts and launching appliances.Tested (both) boat(s)s engine ahead & astern at least 3 minutes.Tested general and emergency alarm system. Found all in good condition. Master together with C/O and C/E carried out weekly sanitary inspectionand found everything fully compliance with the standard of Paris Memorandum每月 棄船及滅火演習 Emergency drill was carried out. (No.1 life boat was lowered down intowater and unhooked, crew practiced oaring and motor running)( Both side boats was lowered down to boat deck.) Both boats gears and outfits were inspected, lubricated and firmly secured in place. Found all in good order. Fire-fighting drill was carried out, all crew reported to their respective fire stations with fire-fighting equipment. Tested emergency fire pump, fire hoses, demonstrated the usage of portable extinguisher, CABA and fireman outfit. Found all in good order.每三個月 緊急操舵演習 Emergency steering drill carried out. All deck hands were mustered in steering gear room by second mate. Checked communication between wheel house and steering gear room. All hands practised trick wheel steering in turns. Found all in good condition.=抵美港口之前 12 小時 清潔甲板 違禁品搜查 Tested Primary & secondary steering gears / internal communications / emergency generator / batteries for emergency lights / general alarm & fire alarm as per 33 CFR 164.25, found all in good order. Searched around the ship as per SCIA for anti-drugs, contraband and stowaway by all crew members, but none of these were found. All working quarters had been swept / cleaned by ships hands and suitable for cargo operation. Swept and cleaned upper deck, passages, ladders, catwalk and hatches, and also rinsed it with fresh water jet, All working areas were free from grease / oil stain and safe for work.= A training session was held at deck office for the personnel involved in bunker replenishment in TCM. Attendance person: Capt./Lee, CE/Ju, 1E/Wang.GPC/Wei. Course given in the session:1. Bunkering procedure.2. Penalty of violation.3. Communication-both internal and external.4. Emergency shut down procedure.5. Individual duty of person involved in bunkering. Bunker barge XXX was made fase at port quarter. Commenced bunkering. Completed bunkering. replenished F.O. 800 M/T & bunker barge left.= New 3/E XXX joined ship. 3/E XXX signed Off. XXX (name of fix object) bore XXX, dist XX.X off, A/C to XXX T/G. Discharged 20 kgs of plastic garbage to shore collector at port of KSG. Ship pitching at time, Shipping seas on deck. (at time: 偶爾,Shipping seas:上浪) Tested all navigational gears as per 33 CFR 164.25, found all in good order. R.S.E. For approaching HKG P/S at position L. ( & reduce speed , shifted auto-pilot to hand steering ) Gentle breeze, Slight sea & swell, Pcloudy Wr. Pilot O/B capt.XXX. Passed B/W. And completed Voy:0583RW-040 and commenced Voy:0620RW-041. Commenced cargo operation.= All crews search through out the vessel for stowaway , but nothing to found. After the rummage . No smuggling . No contrabands found 。2航前準備:Tested all navigation gears and M/E ahead and astern found all good orders。3備機:R.S.E.4備車離港:R.S.E for leaving New York。六、週期性之加註事項1.每週一加註:.救生艇,救生筏之目視檢查(2小時):Visually inspected life boats ,life rafts and boats davits life boats engine started to run Ahead/Astern for five minutes . General alarm tested found all good working condition 。.衛生檢查(1小時):Sanitary inspection carried out .Crews cabins living quarter galley ,pantry and stores checked by Master and C/mate .Found all in clean condition .新進人員上船兩週內實施救生演習及安全裝備講習及訓練(2小時):Life-saving drills carried out .Instruction & training for the use of Life-saving & safety given to the new crew member(s) joined the ship .2每月一號加註事項:.棄船及滅火演習(3.5小時):All crew member stationed for abandon ship and fire fighting drills . Swung out & in both life boats life boats engine started to run Ahead/Astern for five minutes . Visually inspected life boats,life rafts & boats davits . Emergency fire pump,general alarm & Emergency lighting,Emergency generator tested all in normal working condition .船上講習及訓練(3小時):Instruction & training for the use of Life-saving & Safety equipment given to all crew members。.安全裝備檢查與清點(2小時):Life boats equipment,Life-saving appliances & other safety equipment checked with checking list,found all in normal condition。3.每三個月加註:.救生演習(3小時):Life-saving drills carried out . Both life boats lower down on the water & maneuvering with assigned persons on board 。.緊急操舵演習(1小時):Emergency steering drill carried out . Emergency steering gear,power supplies & Communication checked & tested。4.每半年:.(危險櫃及化學污染操演):Oil pollution prevention and response training Notification alerting,pipeline leak,being overflow,bunker transfer。Grounding,fire & explosion,collision,touching bottom,hull leak Instruction & training for the D/G (EMS & MFAG),emergency schedules,medical first aid guide,equipment & repayment for all crew。七、放大洋時1加油會議:The meeting of loading the bunker was taken place by C/E,2/E,2/O,3/O and on duty G.P.C. at engine office on 1000-1100 and discuss the contents of transfer procedure .2污水排海:Discharged 11 OM3 bilge water overboard through 15 PPM equipment form:L 41-15N,136-35W to L 40-22N,133-58W,ship speed:19 knots 。3滅火操演:Fire drill was held at poop deck,emergency fire pump had been tested,2 PCs. of foam extinguishers used and replaced。4放小艇操演:Emergency dill was held,both side Life-boats were lowered down to the boat deck,boats engines were inspected and lubricated,found everything in good order。5貨櫃穩固:Checked & adjust lashing of containers loaded on deck. Found all in secure condition. All passages, watertight doors & man holes were property closed。6安全檢查:Checked all dangerous cargoes. Tested ships alarms safety & shut down device, fire fighting systems found all in good working condition.八、抵美國港口前(進入U.S.A. 水域12小時前)1十二小時前試機:Tested all Navigational gears as per 33 CFR 164.25 &35 found all in good order.2裝備設施測試:Test Primary & Secondary steering gears / internal communications / emergency generator / batteries for emergency lights / general alarm & fire alarm as per 33 CFR 164.25,found all in good order。3防毒、防偷渡檢查:Search around the ship as per SCIA for anti-drugs,contraband and stowaway by all crew members,but none of these were found。4清潔:All working quarters had been swept / cleaned by ships hands and suitable for cargo operation。5清洗甲板:Swept and cleaned upper deck、passages、ladders、catwalk and hatches,and also rinsed it with fresh water jet。All working areas were free from grease / oil stain and safe for work。6更換壓艙水:At open sea,exchanged the ballast water of No.3U(P & S) and 5U(P & S) at position L42-00.0N,175-14.8W.7依據CFR 49裝載載危險櫃應記載事項:Inspected hazardous containers in stowage and found all in normal condition。8違禁品搜查:Nothing was found after all crew members searched all passages, cabins and common spaces for stowaway and contraband。九、33 CFR 164.25摘錄船舶在進入或航行於美國水域前十二小時除非做了以下設備的測試才能進入或航行於美國水域:CFR 164.25 Tests before entering or getting underway。No person may cause a vessel to enter into or get underway on the navigable waters of the United States unless no more than 12 hours before entering or getting underway, the following equipment has been tested:1檢查兩部舵機連接裝置是否良好,另外還需要做下列的操作測試:Primary and secondary steering gear. The test procedure includes a visual inspection of the steering gear and its connecting apparatus, and, where applicab
