It will be very tight for CIMA to prepare all samples before Xmas time, if received the list by 28/Nov.But anyway we will try to push and advise you the details once get your selected list. as the sample lead time will be different base on product type and materials. CAT#2272771 cream color Same case as above, it is 140pcs per frame shipper. We listed 366pcs as MOQ which is also not correct. We checked your cat estimated qty is 4800pcs, and thus we think 420PCS ( 9% ) would fit the target MOQ. So pls kindly help and accept MOQ 420PCS to cover some loss at the duck egg color. Really thanks for your kindly help and pls kindly update the system on this item. 3. CAT#2748731 The current MOQ 320PCS is not right base on 68pcs per frame shipper. Thus, pls kindly update it to 272 pcs in the system to avoid any order problems later on. Furthermore there is much change on specification from your QA department in April. During this period we pushed UK to approve the artworks many times and did remind you that the ship date would be postponed to 02 June due to the late artwork approval.Till 09 May, all the artworks were approved.Please kindly double check attached emails and dont count the delay to our side.Thanks!5) Hi Sean,You are right that the guideline was finalized on 10 Apr. However, they are some minor changes. How can you say you cannot do anything before 10 Apr? It was not a minor change but critical factor for artwork design.My point is, we sent the artworks on 15 April and UK approved all on 09 May, it obviously took a long time on the approval.Please kindly note our normal timeline on artworks as below:2-3 weeks to create artworks after guideline or selection is finalized.4-5 weeks is required for printing after artwork is confirmed.Please kindly understand and waive the compensation.3. Dear ,Sorry for the late reply! We do have the difficulties for producing the items with electroplating finishes, while we are working hard to improve the situation.Just hope UK could understand and give CIMA slightly longer production time on those lines with difficulties. Pls kindly find our replies to your points listed: The current situation of electroplating factory you are facing:The realistic situation is many good plating factories in Canton area, which has the environmental protection license, are now overloaded. This situation is getting worse especially this year when many plating factories in Shunde / Foshan areas closed down. The realistic LT of electroplating items /Break down of LT: It depends on volume, color and complexity of the item. If the item is small and the color is standard plating color like Chrome, then normally it takes around 7-10 days for the process to complete. If it is very special color like copper, black chrome etc it will take extra few days more as the factory will wait for all other products/parts plating same color at the same time. The mentioned LT not include reworking, as some color like copper and black chrome with very high defect rate, it will take the process again if color not right in the first time. More than the plating process, LT will take longer if we dont give enough order to the plating supplier. They will always serve faster for those customers with long term business and also for those who pay cash to them. List of items that involved in electroplating see the attached lines for reference! How many electroplating supplier you are currently using/back-up, and where are they locating at:Currently we are using 4 plating factories, located in Huizhou. What action factories have taken to tackle with plating issue?We give the plating factory a longer lead time & offer better payment term.Any future plan for electroplating itemWe will source few more qualified plating suppliers and also we may use more aluminum (Anodizing plating) rather than mild steel (water plating) if the plating supply situation cannot be controlled.4.
