The steel tower can be installed on the inspection platform. The total arrangement refers to drawing No. 264.13HS01-00.2. 发运详情 Shipping details 发运时间及包装情况详见本公司提供的发运单及装箱清单；在船上安装过程中，设备厂将配合船厂及验船师共同完成安装。The delivery time and packing details see the delivery note and packing list provided by HS. The installation on board will be carried out by Shipyard with the assistant of HS and surveyor. 主要的安装部件如下：The main items are as below: 1台铝质过桥 1 set of aluminium gangway 1台钢质基座，包括泵站房和操控室 1 set of steel tower including pump house and manoeuvre house 着落支座 Landing cone 液压油缸 Hydraulic cylinders 通往过桥的铝质斜梯 Aluminium access stair bolted to the gangway 检修平台 Inspection platform3. 钢质基座的安装Installation of steel tower 钢质基座总重量约33吨，它的起重吊索如图264.13HS01-11所示。在安装钢质基座之前需仔细检查设备表面及承重眼环的情况；螺栓和其他特殊的紧固件在吊装开始之前应被安装在基架上；检查完准备工作后可以操作起重吊装了.The steel tower has a total weight of 33 tons. The steel tower lifting slings are shown on the enclosed drawing 264.13HS01-11. Prior to installation the steel tower, it is necessary to inspect the surface of the pedestal and support ring. Before starting the lifting operation, the bolts and the other special tools for fastening to be installed to the steel tower pedestal. The lifting operation can take place after inspection. 当钢质转盘着落在基架顶部时，利用导向定位销来控制钢质转盘的方向，使其螺栓孔能够准确地定位；在钢质转盘着落在基架顶部主后，可在服务工程师监督指导下安装并拧紧螺栓。接下来移动起重吊索及脚手架，准备过桥的安装。 When landing the steel tower on the top of the pedestal, guiding pins are used to control the direction of the steel tower to fit exactly with the base ring bolts boles.4. 过桥的安装 Installation of gangway过桥是在钢质转盘安装在基座上以后来完成。The installation of the gangway is performed after the steel tower is properly fixed to the pedestal.安装用的脚手架必须接近于钢质塔转盘回转支撑的主螺栓，能在安装螺栓时安全、顺通；Scaffolding must be installed closed to the main pin bolt support on the steel tower to enable safe access and working conditions when installing the pin bolts.过桥吊运的钢索和卸扣需经过鉴定；过桥装置安装期间，运用吊机来悬挂过桥，并采用一些支架来防止过桥向一侧偏移；The lifting wires and shackles shall be certified. The gangway will be hanging in the crane during the installation of the gangway. The outer end will be lay slightly supported on the gangway storage cradle to avoid side ways movement.使用手拉葫芦来调整过桥内部末端的位置；Using chain blocks will make the adjustment of the inner gangway end position.当过桥调整到正确位置时，推入带销螺栓（销轴）并且固定好，这时将过桥降落在支承架上，然后松开起升吊环，这样过桥的安装工作就完成了。When the gangway is in correct position, the pin bolts are pushed into the support bearings and secured. The gangway is then lowered down to rest on the support cradle. Afterwards the lifting slings are set free and the installation work of gangway is complete.5. 液压缸的安装 Installation of hydraulic cylinder 液压缸在装船之前先安装于钢质塔转盘上，其重量约1.5吨，在船上利用手拉葫芦吊装后同过桥配合联接、安装销轴固定，最后联接液压软管。The hydraulic cylinders are pre-installed on the steel tower prior to the delivery to Shipyard. Total weight is approx. 1.5 tons. The installation will to be pull up the cylinders to the fixing point at the bridge by the use of tackles. The axles for fixing the cylinders to the gangway are installed and secured. Afterwards, hydraulic hoses are connected to the cylinders6. 液压管路的联接 Hook-up hydraulics 钢质塔转盘上和过桥之间用软管联接；另外，转盘和液压缸之间也用软管联接，这些软管在装船之前已安装好。There are hoses between the steel tower and gangway. In addition, there are hoses between the steel tower and the cylinders. These hoses are installed prior to shipment.7. 电力设备的联接 Hook-up Electric equipment 由船上配电系统供给过桥装置操作的主电源，该电源电缆设置在基座中心；钢质基座安装之后，电缆被安装在基架上。另外，过桥上相对应的连接电缆同样安装在基架上，这些电缆由固定在基架上的接线盒来联接。过桥装置自身用于操作、照明及报警的联接电缆被安装在泵站房和操控室的接线盒上。A main power supply is arranged from the ship for the operation of the gangway. The supply cables are routed and come up from the centre of the pedestal. After the steel tower is installed, the cables will be hooked up in a junction box fixed to the pedestal. In addition there are cables for instrument and equipment routed to the power supply. These cables are terminated in junction boxes fixed to the pedestal. When installing the gangway, there are power supply cables for operation, lighting and alarming to be connected. The loose ends of these cables are to be connected to junction boxes in the pump house and control cabin.8. 安装后的调试 Onbo
