instrument controls and lamp are complete and active Make sure that controls do not jam 2 Check ladder Inspect all of sleeve connection hook and belt or harness for wear or damage Check that the handle cable shoe and locking lever should operate freely All fastener and springs shall be place and operational 3 Test drives the crane Drive lift lower and fork unit operation must be such that
